Very unprofessional on the phone. Why bother ask someone if they're willing to hold if youre just gonna put them on hold anyways and then it hangs up after 5mins. Ridiculous. I tried calling twice.

Stores are generally very clean. Store personnel are friendly and very helpful. Prices are pretty good. Their Store brands are as good as Name brands.

This HEB is complete trash all of the strawberries had mold on them. The produce section is awful moldy fruit sitting there. Let store know and they don't care. I will avoid this HEB.

Twice now I was stuck waiting in drive thru for several minutes waiting on csr to get off a phone call. Maybe putting the customer on hold you could quickly handle someone using the drive thru who's expecting convenience. Maybe I'm expecting too much but it's what I envision.

Now let me just start by saying I'm a typical male with that out of the way I fudged up and forgot to get my spouse something amazing for our anniversary. I came by the floral department and this amazing young lady named was kelsey helped me get everything I needed and put together and out the door within minutes. She understood the assignment when she was putting together my flowers. Hands-down I would recommend this floral department to anybody go see kelsey she will make sure you sleep in your own bed tonight and not in the dog house!

I do Home Delivery due to being a Senior. I have been promised refunds on items from an order on 3/28/22 and 4/14/22 which I have never received. Customer Service promises to send you these refunds and then never does. HEB does not care about their Customers at all. HEB puts a spot where you can make notes but they DO NOT read the notes. Then have brought me items that have gone out of date the same day they delivered my order. I probably spend at least $400 to $500 a month at HEB and they treat their Customers horrible. I stay out of the store due to my age and COVID but they send this one particular man to my home who walks right up to your door without a mask on. I might as well just go into the store because there is no safety in HEB's Home Delivery.

I really wanted to like this pharmacy, since it’s very convenient, but it is such a hassle to get the medications I need. From never being able to pick up all my (very basic and generic) prescriptions at one time because they are out of stock, to being asked by the pharmacy tech if I “need” a medicine I was picking up, the hassle outweighs the convenience. I’ve been giving them chance after chance for almost 5 months, but it’s time to change pharmacies.

I had a prescription for a tube of cream. I was told to go shop, it would take 20-25 minutes. I finish shopping and it has been over 25 minutes. Prescription still not ready, told 5-10 more minutes.Folks, this isn't a compound pharmacy. It took them 45 minutes to walk to a shelf Inside that tiny room and stick a tube in a bag, it's ridiculous. Again, my rx consisted of them putting a tube of cream in a bag, and it takes almost an hour on a non busy day. A bunch of lazy overpaid millennials.

I love my H-E-B and will shop nowhere else. It's supply chain shortage time, but you always see staff stocking what they DO have. Cashiers are always quick and efficient. Prices are lower than anyplace in town. So, why the missing star? Because doing my shopping to a shrill "Maaaaaargaaaareeeeeeeta" by a sample server is not so very comfortable. Seriously, it could break glass. And then you wouldn't be able to have a margarita anyway. Whoever told her that was a good idea was very, very misguided. Please ... just stop.
