I had a very frustrating experience with this shop. They kept my car for over a month and only updated me when I reached out, despite the long wait. I ended up paying $410 just for diagnostics. At one point, they told me they had fixed the original issue, but then a new problem was discovered. After waiting even longer with no updates, I asked them to put my car back together.
I finally took my car to a dealership, paid only a couple hundred dollars more, and the issue was fixed promptly. I wish I had taken previous reviews seriously before choosing this shop.

I left my car with them for five weeks, and it still wasn’t fixed. Communication was extremely poor — I only received updates when I called them, not the other way around. After all that time with no resolution, I was still charged $400, despite the fact that my car was never repaired. Very disappointing experience and a complete waste of time and money. They came highly recommended and said they dealt with this same problem all the time.

My car was overheating and had no AC due to bad BCM, they fixed the overheating and AC issue but weren’t able to program the bcm perfectly after multiple tries. I ended up having to sacrifice my central locking and truck release button as it was the best they could program it after paying $1100

Been coming here for years. Paul in the front office is personable and gi es you the run down and mark is super knowledgeable about anything and everything and always has time to answer my questions.

went for tail light problems , ended up having power losses on road bumps. Claimed they fixed it . Problem still persist . Ran me 650 plus 150 for the new problem .. $800 later and now have new problem to get fixed

i took my Chevy Malibu with electric issues they said they checked it reaet computer and said they test drove it. Charged me 438$ and drove it home and check engine light came on and milage indicated that they drove it less than 10 miles. so I took it back and they had it for a month and after a month they said they drove it again and milage indicated they didn't drive it at all, and they couldn't fix it . I would not recommend a shop deceives or lies to the customer.

I had an a/c compressor installed last summer in my Chevy Spark. I provided the compressor. The total was $500. This year, the A/C in my Nissan Rogue stopped cooling. The quote was $2000. I don't think so! Another mechanic shop I can't trust. It's truly pathetic what they do when they see a woman coming. I am angry as hell! Back to Westpark Auto, where I can always trust the work and the pricing.
