Dirty cars and poor customer service. Placed 2 charges on my card when I wasn't even paying for the rental, the dealership was. They charged my card even though they told me they would not and it was a week later before I got it cleared up.

Very good service from a gentleman whose name I don't remember, but the service was excellent, even though they didn't give me the same car I requested online. But that doesn't matter.

Always a great experience! Just had a rental for about two weeks and Amani was an absolute sweetheart! My company booked through here and all I do is pick up the vehicle and return it when done. Always in here for about 20 minutes and on the road right after. ?

Terrible. Gave me an electric car with NO CHARGER. Then wanted to bill me FOUR HUNDRED DOLLARS Abecause the said there was pet hair in the car! WILL NEVER USE HERTZ AGAIN

The so called manager in the office has piss poor customer service skills. She is rude and extremely ghetto. You ask for help she says it has nothing to do with her call the 1800 number all she is responsible to do is give the car. Paid for the rental then come to the location and now that form of card cannot be used. Called a day before to make sure that everything was good and provided the type of card I was using I was told I was good to go and my credit card was fine. The day of they are now saying my credit card type cannot be used. Asked for assistance and all the lady at the counter could say was call the number they'll help you. What she in the office for if she can't do nothing. She sat on her phone clicking and clacking from the time I came into the office til I left. She's a nasty individual and shouldn't be working the front desk for any business.

Trash customer service, they're lying scamming people and it's truly so stupid that even if you have the money to pay for a rental, if you don't do it the way they want it, you can't rent and they won't tell you until the day of. Avoid this place, you can rent something at a better price without all the hurdles anywhere else. And if I'm paying for your service, the least you can do is have a better attitude. Garbage employees.

Rented a vehicle from this location and was not informed about there after hours return policy.
No drop box was available so I went to hertz website where they instructed to leave keys in vehicle cup holder which I did.
Called several times during business hours to see if return was completed but no answer
4 day later Hertz called about vehicle not being returned & was charged for the additional days.
After finally getting someone to answer she explained nothing could be done & hung up the phone. The rental itself was fine, just be aware of return policy & less than average customer service.

Called to ask if they had a SUV available and the lady that picked up the phone was rude and said they only had an electric vehicle available and then just hung up. Save your time & go somewhere else, they don’t even have vehicles available.

Weisner sent me over for a Rental while my vehicle was being serviced, the two ladies at the front desk was very polite and extremely helpful. Thank you for making things simple and fast.

This location is trash! Rude customer service. No choice of vehicles. Charged me for the rental even though it was supposed to be taken care of thru my warranty company, which Hertz confirmed. When calling to inquire why, gal on phone wasn't helpful and rude.

This Hertz location is ridiculous. I booked online and was driving to pick up location when I received a call saying that the vehicle wasn’t available. He only had another one that cost an additional $30 per day . He stated that when you book online you are not guarantee the vehicle requested. in my case, I didn’t care about the vehicle make or model only that it was minimum 7 passenger. He started all those were booked. My question is why it was still in the inventory online . It’s ridiculous.
