“Walked in and asked to wait. About 5 minutes later, a gentleman came over and asked what I needed (password reset). He went over basic questions of my account, thanked me for my veteran status and sorted out my login problem. In and out in 10 mins very friendly interaction”

“After looking around for a few days with my wife, trying to find the right kind of yarn in the right colors we found it at Michaels. From what my wife said the price for it was reasonable and she found some good yarn on clearance.”
