One of my favorite treasure hunt places to go! So many discoveries in this store. They have amazing customer service and the turnover for new pieces is incredible. I highly recommend checking them out if you are in the market for fresh new pieces for your home, rental, Airbnb or anything you need to update. Give them a shot, and if they don’t have it checkout their website or come in again. There’s always something new on a weekly basis.

The majority of people who work there, especially the manager, Betsy frank, were incredibly rude. Store seemed to have too much merchandise for anyone to be able to know the cost or specifics on items displayed.
I love consignment stores. Why ms frank thinks she and her store is better than her customers is beyond me.

Interesting place…..this post is specifically for people of color. Please know that, as usual in many situations for people of color, you are being judged and will likely be mishandled with the valuable items you are trying to sell. In one visit, one employee that clearly was not impressed with me or my product based on her facial expression lowballed me for a picture I wanted to consign. She offered to list the picture for $99 while another person that took their time to assess the picture offered to list it for $149. While all employees that work here have not behaved this was, more than one has behaved in this manner. How disappointing.

I’ll never shop here again. The blatant disregard for customer service was ridiculous. My wife and I walked right by no less than 3 employees and who made direct eye contact with us and they couldn’t even bother to smile let alone acknowledge our existence or ask if we needed any help. Don’t waste your time, there’s too many other options nearby to put up with such poor service.

I walked through their store looking at items and employees moving furniture around. Not one person asked if I needed assistance. I left after about 20 mins. Store is dusty and has too much stuff in it. You can hardly walk through it. I called before I went and sent a picture of a sofa I wanted to put on consignment. My sofa was a year old $1100, perfect condition. She offered me $300 and my cut would be about $140. No way.

This store is packed with so many pieces I wanted for my home. All priced right as far as I could tell. Got 2 matching Queen Anne wingback chairs and another chair. I couldn't be happier with the experience.

This is one of my favorite places. So I am pretty into sustainability and additionally I absolutely love a good deal. This is my home basically. I have been shopping here for over a year, and i've gotten multiple pieces. I would recommend that you look over everything in detail to make sure that You are happy with the quality of the item and any knicks and scratches with it. In general you will get a very good deal. Parking- Parking can be quite tight and there is only a very small spot in front of the store so you can walk directly in. This is a shared parking lot and you will probably walk a little bit. Staff- Staff can be hit-or-miss but in general I have found that most people are really nice. I have never had a negative interaction. Prices - You generally will not find anything below two hundred dollars except accessories. A lot of stuff is coming from z gallery and also from model homes. Stock- Nothing is put online and it constantly changes. So you have to keep coming back.. And general I will keep stopping by and keep checking into this place.
