Home Depot always has a good selection. There were numerous employees available to provide service during this trip. The store is normally busy.

Unpleasant interactions with store employees every time we come here or try to get a question answered over the phone. Customer service should be improved in my experience.

We give HIGH marks to two sales clerks in the garden department of the Conroe store. Ty and Patricia did all they could to summon help for us to load 25 bags of rocks, plants, and rebar (to no avail). But after we struggled up to self check-out, they apologetically helped us ring up our bill, then Ty helped us load everything in our truck. Collecting a couple of large carts and the merchandise required way too much effort on our part, but we left the store in a good mood after the support of Ty and Patricia. Those two deserve a promotion!

No karts ever available cause they are full of home depot inventory. So be prepared to hunt down your own flat top karts or any other kart through the parking lot.

Thought customer serivce was good at first...I was wrong, purchased blinds yesterday. I dont know the first thing about blinds, gave window dimension to employee, but size they said to get was too short. Came back today, easy exchange, but 4 pages, waiting 25 minutes to get blinds cut, ignored by team members and told by who I suspect is a regional manager to just come back tomorrow when someone may be here is ridiculous. You're a home improvement store, plenty of staff walking around, but no one could help. Useless store.

I am disabled and can't walk. I thought I could contribute to my families project by getting answers to a question in paint by phone. The paint department hung up before even answering a number of times. I called and spoke with customer service. The man told me that if I can't walk enough to get in the wheel chairs in the store, I cannot get help at all, then he rudly hung up! Look, I am not lazy, I enjoyed working physically, and it's very hard to be disabled! Disabled people are still human beings with families who love them! They/we are still valued as human beings, just not by Home Depot!

I will say this. I'm a contractor and I spent a lot of time and money in the store.
The store itself gets a 4 star.
The old man at the paint department gets a 2 star. If I see him in the store I'll turn around and leave just to go to another place .
Today I got to deal with a guy named Scott,he gets a 5 star all the way.
Helpful, fast, I think he understands time is money. They need more people like Scott to get this place running faster and better..
As I do understand some older people need jobs, but home Depot please put them in the right spots.
Thanks Scott that's the fastest I've been in and out of home Depot in a long time .

After requesting help in flooring we waited about 15 minutes for no one to show up. I finally called the store asking for help. They paged and again no one showed up. Bye.

The most rude workers I’ve ever had to deal with at any hardware store. No Texas hospitality at this store!! Don’t bother going to this store if you need any help whatsoever.
