I have used H&R Block at several different locations and I have to say the Conroe , Texas location is the best. Larry Rocio, office manager and Tracy Tedder are top notch professionals and made my experience as painless as paying taxes can be. Seriously, I would recommend this location if you are looking for a tax professional.

The person that you have an appointment with wasn't even there and they ask you to do an account And then they don't even try to help you all they says is NO sorry this was a waste of gas coming to this locations

I filed my taxes with this location this 2024 two maybe three months ago now. An I came to check on my return that was supposed to be setup direct deposit. I gave the correct bank information to the agent and she repeated everything back to me when I was there the first time, but when I called to check I was told that not only was it not set up for direct deposit. It was sent to a card that I was never given, so the young lady then tells me that she couldn't help but to either come get another emerald card that I was never given in the first place, or to call the IRS to. See where my tax money went. So I've given my bank information to this business to direct deposit the money to and still haven't gotten any of the money I was told would come, also the card I had to come back to get has not received the money either. This has been a nightmare experience an the three phone calls I did call them with they didn't even seem interested with helping and they were paid by me for TBD services. I will never use this business ever again.
