I've been waiting for over a month and a half for your company to send me a REFUND for the filing fee that your company charged me for filing my taxes I was Charged $275 for the filing and $39 for the transfer fee. Your company has been giving me the run around for over a month now because one of your employees completely dropped the ball on my taxes failing to get me an additional $7,000 dollars. I spoke to a Chasity Denniss who said she was the Houston District boss had processed my refund to mail to me and that it would arrive in 7 -10 business days. That was on April 23rd of this year. Then I spoke to another Rep on May 10th who said my checked was processed on the 30th of April and I should receive it Monday May 13th. Well its Tuesday May 14th and I Just spoke to another Rep who said my refund has yet to be approved to be even sent to me. And at this point I am definitely fed up and am ready file a lawsuit and based on BBB website I'm not the only one who has experienced this. I need my money immeadiately please. So I need you to do you whatever need to do to get your employees to give me my MONEY by Thursday May 16 or I will file a lawsuit with the other complaintants from BBB who are victims like to you guys ILLEGAL Scheme

I was charged $285 for Bob to upload my W2, and 1099R(retired pay from Army) and the told me how much I owed. He did not itemized because I didm’t have receipts and took less than 30 minutes. This place is a rip off and will never return.

I did taxes here with my husband for the first time and Yaneth Carolina Londono changed my whole perspective about HNR Block. I received the best-outstanding service, she explained every single detail and process. She gave me a significant return that brighten my day. From now on I will definitely return to her.

I do my taxes here every year. Love the ladies here all super nice. But this new lady at the desk Chana Woodrow was Rude. Not with me because I'll be rude back but she was with other people. H&R do better it's a stressful time getting taxes done. And we shouldn't have to put up with this lady.
