Renting at iStorage Conroe was a smooth experience thanks to Mel, Maya, and Chloe. They were incredibly helpful in processing, coordinating, and patiently teaching me how to use their top-notch security systems. Highly recommend their friendly and professional team!

Not a bad place. The rare sightings of mouse poo. And the bathrooms are always locked during office hours and after hours.

This place is infested with rats. In January I found a dead rat inside, and all of my stuff, including the baby stuff, was covered in rat feces. They refused to do anything about it. The rat made a nest in our baby bassinet. I cleaned out the rat, the poop, everything myself. And they said it wouldn't happen again. Then come April, I come back into the storage to find more rat poop, and anther nest in a bassinet. Avoid this place at all costs. If they add a message here saying to call to discuss further, just know that I have already discussed this with more than one person at iStorage, and no help was given other that telling me to file an insurance claim.

We just rented a unit on Monday over the phone and when we arrived at the facility, we were greeted by Brian and James. Brian knew who I was before I even put my name out and went over everything with me. He then walked us up to our unit and showed us how to use the lock and gave us some much needed advice. Brian and James were so professional and very friendly which made things even smoother. The facility itself is absolutely clean and very nice. Thank you Brian for making our experience an easy and great one!

Brandon exceeded our expectations and got us in and out within a timely manner. He worked by himself effortlessly and got everyone in and out. We also got to tour and get a visual of the storage unit before making a final purchase.

We’ve been renting space here for a while and it’s been a pleasure dealing with the manager Brian. He goes above and beyond to assist us with anything we need, keeps the facility clean, and always has a friendly & welcoming demeanor. We highly recommend this location for anyone with air conditioned storage needs in the Conroe area.
