⭐️ 1 Star — You’ve Been Warned!
I went to Ivy Nails on June 17 to get my nails done, and by June 21, ALL of my nails were lifting—and three had completely come off like press-ons! I called to explain the situation while I was out of the country and let them know this started happening just 4–5 days after my appointment. The man I spoke with told me to take pictures and come in when I got back so they could fix it.
But when I arrived, the manager was extremely rude, loud, and unprofessional, claiming it wasn’t her fault because “it had been 11 days.” She completely ignored what I told them on the phone and made no effort to resolve the issue.
They do not care about customer service—they just want your money. And to make matters worse, I now have a painful infection on my big toe, likely caused by their poor hygiene practices.
Ivy Nails is a BIG NO. Save your time, money, and health—go elsewhere!
(Keep in mind these nails weren’t even on for a weeks and this is how they look!!)

Every time I visit this nail salon, it’s an absolute delight. I’m always greeted warmly and feel incredibly welcome, especially by the owner, Phi. She’s an absolute gem, and I adore her. I also have a special fondness for my pedicure technician, Scott, and my nail technician, Jay, who never fails to impress me with his exceptional skills.

My daughter loves it here,been here twice now,just recently her nail tech helped her with nail design and discount for prom because she only had certain amount of money.Very friendly staff,clean establishment.She has an friend there now.Oh and the prices are very reasonable

I love going to get dolled up at Ivy Nails. Everyone in the place has a great attitude. I live an hour away so when I am down for my hair appointment it's a must that I stop by. Must of the time it's late and 20 minutes to closing but do they complain or tell me that they can't see me like other nail salons. NO! They get me in! And these feet can get horrible at times. They don't do all that chi Chong (talking about them) they just go to work. Makes me want to tip big! I took my daughter and niece they did just what I asked very short child like. I give them 5+?. I recommend you check them out. Oh yeah! Lash lady do an amazing job!
