I came in here today after having issues with Turbo Tax. Shifali and Amber were helpful and gave me a peace of mind to walk me through the process of filing my taxes. I had several new tax documents but they were able to answer all of my questions and take care of everything efficiently. Please come over here if you want to deal with an ethical business.

I made my appointment in the Conroe's office and the place was pack, but they take care of me in timely manner. They have my prior year return information ready for references, and they did it so easily and quickly this year. They finished my tax returns very quickly and correctly. I am very satisfied with the service, attention and professionalism on this office.

I'm soo glad I dropped in to see them! Had me in and out in less than 20min. aaaand I got the first tax refund I've seen in atleast 14yrs! It was also, probably the largest return I've seen in over 20yrs to boot!Money well spent..Thanks Y'all

I wanted to edit my review to include our interaction yesterday(2/17). Friday night I had an unexpected issue with my Serve card, that I received my refund on. I didn't know what to do, or who to call, because the number on the back of my card didn't give me an option to talk to someone. So Saturday morning I called Amber at JH. She immediately said come to the office, we will call them, and straighten it out. She did just that. She sat on the phone with them, mainly on hold for 2 hours, treated my husband and I like old friends, and got my card situation taken care of. We now consider Amber Wigley, and the JH office, friends and family. I can't recommend this location, and Amber enough. They are absolutely wonderful!This is our 3rd year going to this location, and seeing Amber Wigley. She is the absolute best preparer and super nice. She remembers your face, your family, and always asks how's the kids and your mom and them. She always fast, very efficient, and explains everything so you can understand it. We couldn't ask for a better person, or place to trust with this. We ❤️ this place, and she's family.

I called this location to get an idea about how much it would cost to file an amendment to a return I prepared and the person who answered the phone was very unfriendly and unhelpful. Since the simple phone call was not professional, I will not be seeking assistance from this tax preparer.
