Jag storage was safe and secured at all times. I had not one worry with my entire life being stored there. Ms. Joan was a pleasure to encounter, very accommodating and would answer her phone to assist me when needed. The grounds were always clean and maintained.

Best, friendliest, most helpful storage facility I've ever come across. It is very secure and clean, and if you are looking for storage near Conroe you just can't find a better place than this one.

I'm from St. Paul, MN and needed to store a large printer for just one month. at Jag Storage. Joan, the owner, was super helpful and accommodating. Unfortunately, the printer was a beast at 440 lbs. and we had no way to unload it at Jag. Instead, we drove to a moving company, which had a forklift for the job. Joan was very understanding and sweet about the whole thing.

Joan was a pleasure to do business with. She answered the phone after hours and reassured that she would meet at my convenience in the morning, and was there before me. She guided me through the process with patience and efficiency and helped me to feel comfortable with the facilities that were extremely clean and well kept.

Nice and clean well maintained storage facility locally owned. Great people. If you need climate controlled storage, this is definitely where you should check first.
