If I could rate this location lower I would. Customer service was horrible! Purchased a charm bracelet and two paw print charms. As well as brought in a previously purchased charm, all to be engraved and put on the newly purchased bracelet. Was told it would be back in a slweek. Never heard from them. I called them, 10 days after my purchase, to be told at first they couldnt find it. Then to be told that a charm was missing and asked if I took it! Excuse me! I was then told they would call me back after they tried to locate the missing engraved charm. Never heard back from them. I called them the next day to be told that there was a note to call my mom to see if she took the charm that was missing! Im sorry what!? I was quite frustrated when the young lady told me this. She told me she wasnt trying to make it worse and would need to put me on hold and figure things out. I waited for another 10 minutes on hold to be told they cant find it and would just replace it for me and call me when it came in, "sorry about that"
When I asked how long it would be before I would get my bracelet back, since it had already been almost 2 weeks now at this point, I was told "well we could rush it but it still wouldnt be for about a week since its almost the weekend". I will never go back to this location.

The associates at James Avery are always happy and helpful. Greeted coming through the door. I needed my Shield of Faith repaired. I left my pendant as it would have to be sent out for repair. Some things can be repaired on site but not this time. The free cleaning is greatly appreciated. I am a James Avery fan and shall always be. Big trunk sale currently happening. Stop by.

Aiix is all customer service . He was able to give me ideas as to ideas that I hadn't thought about with the necklace. Greeting me with a wonderful smile and very professionally dressed. As an elderly lady with disabilities, I was having trouble standing Alix offered me a chair to sit. He was very pleasant and not "pushy' or all about sales. Alix is truly a huge asset to James Avery

Really good experience here! I drove to this location specifically because I'd heard the people were nicer. Ms. Lee helped me with getting a charm added to my bracelet, and she was extremely pleasant. She was super sweet and gave me some helpful tips on how to take care of my jewelry!

This location obviously has problems with customer service! I'm not the first to notice, as you can see by the other reviews. I came to this location with my husband to buy something specific. It didn't take long to notice that the women who worked there weren't at all interested in seeing if we needed help. They weren't helping anyone. We tried to make eye contact but couldn't break their concentration on their little personal bubble. We left and I wondered if they even noticed us.Years later, that would be today, I get this catalog addressed to someone else, or current resident. I called the 800 number on the back to make sure I get taken off their mailing list. Because of the nice person who answered to help me was so concerned about the service at this location, the one star review I left years ago is now a three star. I still do not want to shop here. Way overpriced for enameled jewelry!

The 1st time I went in , Ms Kenya was very sweet & helped so much. Definitely gave great customer service. The 2nd time I went in , I got a bracelet and the girl was so rude with such a nasty attitude. (Luckily she is no longer there). The 3rd time before I went Friday 3/29/24 , I spoke to Ms Lee who was very helpful and nice , Glad I gave a call before going in. I went in to exchange my bracelet , Hannah who helped me was AWESOME! The sweetest. Very happy with the customer service I recieved . ?

Recently while in Conroe I stopped by this store to have a necklace cleaned. I was nervous about leaving it at the store because it has extreme sentimental value to me. If something happened to it, I don't know what I'd do. The manager (her name tag said Lee) was so very kind to me and offered to have it cleaned while I waited so I wouldn't have to leave it. She offered to show me anything I might be interested in, or to just browse on my own while I waited. The cleaning didn't take but a few minutes and she even gave me a little flannel bag to put the necklace in. I will definitely go back to this particular store in the future, even though it is not the closest one to wear I live. Caring, kind, quick customer service is what I care about most.

Lee was so helpful! she helped size and find the perfect ring! We were very pleased with the store and how helpful Lee was. I would highly recommend and will definitely buy from Lee again!
