We were immediately greeted by Manuel & lemme tell you something, this guy is going places - mark my word! The most efficient, polite, organized and kind young man! Note to management - he is pure gold! Everyone was so organized, they were kind, communicated perfectly! Manuel was so low pressure but very informative and explained everything to us - without “selling” us anything or being pushy at all. We were in and out of there in a matter of 10 mins. With everything we needed, a synthetic blend oil for high mileage as well as a coolant top-off for right at $100 & we never even got out of the truck. We will definitely be back from now on! Thank you guys! Yall are great! ☺️

This Jiffy lube has gone down hill. I’m the only customer in line and three guys are smoking and BSing with each other. The last time I came they left the air filter cover unscrewed.

BEST. PLACE. EVER! Soooo glad I stopped by for my vehicle inspection! All the guys were super sweet and respectful and made me feel at ease. My husband usually takes care of this stuff for me, but he's out of town. So, it was a HUGE relief to be at a place where I felt safe! They were really busy, but I didn't have to wait long, AND they took their time explaining everything and answering all my questions. I was worried about my AC because it was making a crazy noise. Dylan came over and showed me what the problem was and explained what I needed to do! He was so helpful and honest and put my mind at ease. He spent a long time thoroughly explaining it in a way I could understand so I could relay it to my husband. I get totally overwhelmed and intimidated when dealing with car issues, so Dylan was a TRUE BLESSING to me! Jiffy Lube is lucky to have him as an employee! I felt like he genuinely cared and truly wanted to help! THANK YOU, Dylan!!!
