It's time to speak with the manager. The manager tried to dismiss off a report from the corporate office. Said he had nothing to do with the corporate office. And could not provide me with the corporate number as the high management at this location.

This location and staff provided outstanding service and keeps up with checking your predicted miles to maintenance as well as tests to help you maintain your vehicle performance. They go out of there way and work diligently to meet all requested and applicable service needs. Thank you on 1/31/25 for my break fluid flush and the fully synthetic for high milage oil change. Also thanks for checking additional fluids and providing head light service all in which I am very pleased with. 10/10 recommend.

Professionel, provide constructive advice for care, upkeep and reference problems to dealership if still under warranty. Oil light was on before over due oil change. The light was still on after oil change. Maybe sensor online suggest that is one cause with many other suggestion. Short wait time.
