My husband and I purchased 2 Nissan Titan Pro 4x in May from this dealership. I starting having some hip problems so I contacted them to regarding a trade in. I had enough equity and so I went back and traded the truck in for a Rogue. Things went ok on the purchase until it came time to fill out the survey. They apparently sent the survey to my husbands email and we never received it. The sales person and Missy who is responsible for sending out the surveys kept calling, texting and basically harassing me to fill something out that I never recevied but they didn't want me to tell the truth they wanted me to answer with all perfect 10's so they could get their bonus. missy finally sent me the survey again after telling me she couldn't and ask me to meet her at the dealer ship on Saturday morning and they would detail my car for all the trouble. I agreed, in the meantime I filled out the survey and sent it in because I answered the question about being introduced to service as a no instead of a yes she told me the detail was no longer being honored. This dealership is an hour one way from my home. i ask to speak yo the general manager and she told me he wasn't there and did not work on Saturdays. I called after leaving the store and they put me through to the GM. This dealership is filled with lies and deception. Take your business anywhere elsewhere. Very displeased customer

Unprofessional dealership:Price for a Used Nissan Rogue was $17,551 online, $46 above the high end value on Kelley Blue Book. Not a big deal, really. But then we got inside and they started trying to hustle us for another $499 above that. We were gonna buy the vehicle, but not if it meant letting ourselves get taken advantage of like that.

I have purchased several vehicles in my lifetime, however, I was pleasantly surprised at how efficient this dealership was in making a deal. I have commented to friends & family how quick this experience was. I knew what I wanted & how much I was willing to pay. They did not waste my time. Keating definitely accommodated. I was in and out, with the vehicle of my choice, within 2 hours. I couldn't be happier.

Took my truck in to have an oil change.. didn’t have an appointment and they had to order a filter since it was a non Nissan vehicle. Decided to bring it back the next morning and they worked on it immediately and did a great job. Everyone was very nice and I thought they did a great job and was done quickly. Will make sure I bring it back for every oil change

Becky in the service department went out of her way to help us get our car fixed. I thought it was going to be $900. She worked hard and got us out of there for $369. This is so appreciated by us because we have a high service bill in february, then we had an insurance claim for for flooding, and in the brakes went out. Being retired on fixed incomes there's not a lot extra for these kinds of things and I really appreciate the extra effort Becky did.

Very impressed with the service received today from not only the technicians, but especially from Jessie, the service representative. As a senior citizen new to car maintenance appointments, I was quickly put at ease by Jessie, who was very professional as well as kind and patient with my questions and concerns. I was unable to locate my wheel lock for the tire rotation, and Jessie took it upon himself to track down a spare. In all, a really great experience with Keating Nissan dealership!

Excellent service. My experience purchasing a car from Keating Nissan was excellent , i worked with Eduardo and Carlos through the entire purchase . Eduardo was fast to answer all my questions and helped out as much as he could and made the car purchase easy by offering a complete walk around and test drive of my new 2023 Nissan Rouge . I would highly recommend working with Carlos and Eduardo to purchase your next vehicle at Keating Nissan .

Luiz Casillas was very helpful when I came in not knowing whether to get my car fixed or trade it in!!! Helped with pros & cons of wether to trade it or not!!! All said and done I drove off the lot with my 1st Brand New Car!!!! I Highly recommend Luiz for all your car buying needs!!!!?? Super Friendly & Great Personality!!!

ZERO STARS! Bought a 2012 jeep wrangler with 76k on 08/12/2022. Blew head gasket at 81k on 07/21/203. They told me I had everything cover when I bought it. Turns out I don't and they told me that sucks.Tried to talk to my finance officer and they told me "Fortunately, unfortunately he no longer works here".They blocked me on their social media accounts and took down my reviews.

Update on my review:In a rare occurrence these days, a company recognized an error and chose to make it right. The sales manager Robert took great care of me and helped to restore some faith in me.2 years ago, I had a neighbor who worked here and knew I was in the market for a new truck. They inspected their used cars at the time and said they had a good deal for one. I trusted them and ended up getting a 2018 Titan that already had a 2 in lift kit on it. Within the first month, I noticed a squeaking that 3 tries later would be discovered to be a problem with the struts. Warranty claim denied because they weren't stock parts... but they were the parts included that they sold me the truck with. Quickly did a refinance, and they didn't deal with the payoff from the new lender properly, so I had to fight them for that too, and it caused like a month delay in that process! Finally, I just came to realize that I was only given 1 set of keys, and my only set now isn't working. Big surprise, they're not accepting responsibility for it, and so my recommendation is to go somewhere else. I hate giving negative reviews, but 3 strikes and you're out, IMO.

I love the service there! It’s the best! Everyone is very friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. I even received a video inspection that was beyond my expectations. You guys are very transparent about the service my car needed. I was even given recommendations on what I would need soon or immediately that I didn’t know I needed. Again very knowledgeable! Thank you for taking care of me by taking care of my car. I know I am safe in it. Great job Keating Nissan

I would not recommend Keating Nissan to anyone. I had a terrible experience with their sales team and service department.The first time I went to Keating Nissan, I was looking to buy a new car. I was greeted by a salesperson named Jess, who was very rude and condescending. She made me feel like I didn't know anything about cars, and she was constantly trying to upsell me on features that I didn't need. I eventually walked out of the dealership without buying anything.A few months later, I had to take my car to Keating Nissan for service. I was told that the service would take about an hour, so I went to the waiting area to relax. While I was waiting, I overheard a conversation between two of the service technicians. They were talking about how they were going to "rip off" the next customer who came in. I was shocked and appalled by their behavior.When it was finally my turn to be serviced, the technician who worked on my car was just as rude as the salesperson. He didn't even bother to greet me or explain what he was doing. He just started working on my car without saying a word.After my car was serviced, I went to pay the bill. The cashier was also very rude. She gave me a hard time about my insurance, and she even tried to charge me for a service that I didn't receive.I will never go back to Keating Nissan again. Their sales team, service department, and cashier are all rude and unprofessional. I would advise anyone who is considering buying a car from Keating Nissan to stay away.Here is an anecdote about how the service technicians at Keating Nissan were mean:I was sitting in the waiting area at Keating Nissan, waiting for my car to be serviced. I overheard a conversation between two of the service technicians. They were talking about how they were going to "rip off" the next customer who came in. They were saying things like, "We're going to charge them for a bunch of unnecessary services" and "We're going to tell them that their car needs a lot of work, even though it doesn't." I was shocked and appalled by their behavior. I couldn't believe that they were so willing to take advantage of their customers.I'm sure that this is not the only time that the service technicians at Keating Nissan have been mean to their customers. If you're considering taking your car to Keating Nissan for service, I would advise you to think twice. You might end up getting ripped off.

I recently had the unfortunate experience of dealing with Keating Nissan, and I must say it was nothing short of a nightmare. From start to finish, everything went wrong, and I'm left feeling extremely dissatisfied and frustrated.First and foremost, the customer service was abysmal. The staff seemed completely disinterested in helping me and lacked any sense of professionalism. It felt like they were doing me a favor by acknowledging my presence. Simple questions were met with vague and unhelpful answers, leaving me more confused than before I entered the dealership.Next, the lack of transparency was appalling. They tried to push me into purchasing a vehicle that I didn't even want, and when I inquired about the pricing breakdown, they were hesitant to provide it. It was evident they were trying to hide something, which left me feeling suspicious about their business practices.Furthermore, the condition of the cars on their lot was deplorable. Most of the vehicles looked like they had been sitting there for ages, covered in dust and showing signs of neglect. I didn't feel confident in the quality of their inventory, and the test drive did little to change my mind. The car I took for a spin had strange noises, and the handling was far from smooth.The final straw was the financing process, which turned into a never-ending ordeal. They promised competitive rates and deals, but when it came down to it, the numbers didn't add up. I felt pressured into accepting a deal that wasn't favorable, and they even sneaked in some hidden fees that I discovered later on.To top it all off, the after-sales support was virtually non-existent. When I encountered a problem with the car shortly after the purchase, getting in touch with their service department was a Herculean task. The lack of responsiveness and their dismissive attitude towards my concerns made me regret ever walking through their doors.In conclusion, my experience at Keating Nissan was a complete disaster. The unhelpful staff, lack of transparency, poor vehicle quality, and dreadful financing process all contributed to my overwhelming disappointment. I will never recommend this dealership to anyone, and I strongly advise potential customers to steer clear of this establishment. There are far better and more reputable dealerships out there that genuinely care about their customers and offer a positive car-buying experience. Keating Nissan, you have lost a customer for life.

Eduardo, Lakin and Miss Randall were all SOOOO amazing buying my new car. This is the 3rd purchase from Keating I have done and they always make you feel like you are in good hands. I LOVE my new upgrade and CANNOT WAIT to come back and upgrade again with them.

My service advisor Becky is just perfect. She saw to every detail and kept me informed every step of the way. What ever you’re paying her it’s $ well spent. Washing my vehicle for pick up is a nice touch & one I’ve never experienced before
