In less than two months, my son got a black eye, finger was slammed shut in a door by a staff member which got infected and finger nail fell off, and last Friday I went to pick up my son and they could not find him, he was later found playing in the restroom toilet. Imagine going to pick up your child, and they don’t know where he is??? Take that for what it’s worth when thinking about this facility. Not to mention, the director has the most nonchalant demeanor which may play a factor in the repeat injuries by her lackadaisical staff

Our experience at KRK Lake conroe has been a positive one! My 5 year old has been there since she was 2 and was completely prepared for Kindergarten with the curriculum and structure they provide. My 16 month old has been there since she was 4 months and has had great/loving teachers that give her the nurturing, structure and creativity learning that she needs. The transparency is great when it comes to communication with the staff through emails and app. If there’s an issue, the staff/owner address it. The fact that I can visually check on my kids real time through a camera app is a huge, huge plus. It’s incredibly clean which is a huge plus. Lastly, their owners are great people that have young kiddos of their own and understand the importance in caring for these littles and making sure they grow. I highly recommend this learning care center to all parents!

Our toddler has been with Mrs. Denisha for over 6 months now and is absolutely loving it. Mrs. Denisha is such a wonderful teacher, it has been amazing to see our quiet/shy child transform and see all the things she is learning. She loves going to school everyday and is always excited to see what exciting things Mrs. Denisha has planned! Representation is important and it has been so impactful for our daughter to see someone that looks like her leading the class! I can’t say enough about how awesome Mrs. Denisha and Ms. Stacy have been in the pre-school class I would highly recommend anyone put their child in her class for pre-school.

My son has attended this school since they opened, starting when he was only six months old. The school has always been extremely receptive to any concern we may have, and it has always been remedied. My son has a tough time with drop offs sometimes and the teachers and staff are always patient and extremely loving with him to make sure he’s happy and comfortable. I have very little complaints about this school and continue to be happy with the staff and quality of care and learning that my son receives here. He loves this school and is always talking about what he learned and did that day.

I stoped in one day about 4 months ago and was welcomed by makensie, and staff. I decided to register my 18 month at the time. She is about to be 2 and has learned so much from the school. Her Teachers Kim, Jacelyn, and Jenny are so awesome. I love that it’s not just a daycare it’s a school too , and they actual have lessons daily. I can not say enough about this school and I would recommend it to anyone. Please if you have children and are looking for a good school go check kidsrkids off 105 in Conroe. They are the best and I just love all of the staff there down to the cook. ???

We have been with KRKLC for 3 years and have been very happy with the care and love our children get! We have 3 kids and 2 have graduated from Pre-K and been prepared for and have excelled in elementary school. We love having access to our children via cameras and have always been able to contact and get quick responses from staff and admin. I appreciate these people so much for all they have done and continue to do for my children!

My wife had posted a review earlier and it was stated that the assistant director didn't know who she was. When in fact they had just argued on the phone she waited in the lobby watching my wife punch in the cold and then stood in front of her as if she didn't know her which if she didn't why was she so angry we have never experienced anything like this at a daycare before and the Silence from the director speaks volumesDO NOT SEND YOUR CHILD THERE!

Billing is a mess. If you bring it to their attention, they are rude. Good luck getting call back from director. Last day, assistant director acted like she didn't know me when I picked up my son. Beware, expensive and rude staff. The same assistant director that I met at open house and shook my hand. Still no phone call back on charges.

My daughter has been attending this daycare since she was 7 weeks old. She is now 2 and a half. This place is wonderful and they truly love her. We have had a few minor issues, but when we bring it to the director's attention, she immediately has it fixed. I don't trust many people with my daughter, but they are very trustworthy.

Unsafe environment. They usually have only the minimum legal ratio of adults to children. My child was in a room with 10 other toddlers, and one teacher, but the teacher couldn’t see the children because she was helping others with potty. Administration could not/would not schedule a safe number of teachers for the room. It doesn’t matter if it’s “legal”, unsupervised children hurt each other and themselves. My child came home angry every day. Teachers didn’t stay long, which means they are not paid and/or not treated well.I do want to add that most teachers here and front desk staff are kind and love kids. However, for me safety comes first. I’d recommend parents to explore other options with lower teacher-child ratios.

At first this place seemed very good. After my son has been through multiple daycare's, we were hoping this one would be the one for him. After reading the reviews of the location it sounded fantastic. The first few weeks were good but it went down hill from there. The biggest thing I've seen goes as follows: If your child is a bit hard to handle, they will tell you "you need to work on things at home to make it easier." Cool, I understand that completely. Fast forwards a little longer and viewing the cameras, the teachers don't really do anything about it. Ive caught quite a bit on camera they provide (10 minute viewing a couple times a day). From my son being a little crazy and laying on the table (teachers not doing anything about it, just taking him off and walking away. Zero positive reinforcement from 95% of the teachers.) They bring up how he is causing issues, yet wont do anything about it. They also brought up how they were going to move him to the next room. During the interview, they brought up they don't move forwards until potty trained (they didn't attempt that). The only good thing that came out of this place was Ms. Alix, my son loved her so much and actually listened to her more than the other teachers who were in the classroom. At time of posting, they only had 1 teacher in a room with about 8 kids. What set me off the most goes as follows: One kid in his class (room 300) was a massive bully. Not only did he push my son into the table face down (saw it on camera), yet also ended up putting an African American boy in a headlock. Of course, all of it was on camera and the evening teacher didn't do anything about it. Not being able to meet the teachers is quite annoying seeing how every other location will gladly let you met them. Its quite easy to kick a child out of daycare because of behavior, you just got to not do anything to fix the situation. Over all, I found this place at the start, fantastic but with time saw how they treat kids/parents who went though a bit. I would expect a child who experienced abusive daycare/childcare's to act up and try to work on it. None the less, not worth it. $180USD for 3 days and $220+USD for five days a week. If you go with this place, keep an eye on those cameras and check your child for bruises before hand. Ive gotten one "incident report" then the following bruises, got none which made my wife concerned since she has worked in this field for over a decade.1/5 stars, looks like corporate needs to swing by for more training for a majority of the staff.
