I like that they have products from various countries however many many products are from China. Kohls may lose a long time customer. I'm not buying anything from China. You cannot see where the products are from when you order online, and all my purchases online ended up being from China. So! I'm very grateful for the return policy. The service is outstanding on all fronts! No more online Kohls shopping for me! Very disappointed that many products are from China.

Horrible location. Nobody at jewelry counter. A line wrapped around to the shoes for checkout. I'm glad I wasted my lunch break just to put everything down and walk out.

Store was clean nicely organized had a lot of good sales. They have a wide variety of clothes and designer to choose from. They have nearly everything you can think of to buy from kitchen, bathroom, decor and much more. If you like saving money I'd rather go here than somewhere else where I'm going to pay full price. Kohls usually always have coupons. The employees were friendly. We were greeted when we walked in the door and asked several times if we needed help finding anything.

One of my favorite places to shop... I love the Kohl's cash..... I love that special buy one get 1/2 off... I love the sale rack.....I just love this..... store!!!! I can always find something wonderful in the store and that's at a price thats very affordable.... so I don't understand when people say they don't like the store. The store is nice and clean and if you use their kiosk......they will ship to the store free of charge. I also like their online shopping when I don't feel like going into the store. I have a very picky granddaughter who just won't wear anything and she used to stick her nose up at the clothes.....But I buy them for her anyway... Just recently she told me how much she loves the jeans and the little tops that I have Been purchasing for her....I get most of them all off of sale racks... The last pair of jeans I purchased was four dollars and take another 30% off... I love it! When I get my 30% off three or four times a year that's when I go in and have a big spending spree! They have everything in the store..... clothing, toys, Housewares, bedding, small appliances, shoes, men's clothing, home accessories, children's clothing just to name a few! Now you can even send your Amazon packages back through this store. I am just sorry that they are closed because of the coronavirus. I really miss going there. I have placed two orders this last week for my granddaughter.... I just have them sent directly to her home and she loves it ! We just do her fashion show through FaceTime now!

I came to Kohl's in hopes to exchange 2 shirts I got for Christmas. I was not given a gift receipt but on the wall it says a receipt is not needed. The lady in the line told me I could get $5 back for a $50 cardigan and $3 back for $44 dollar shirt OR make an even exchange but it had to be the same brand and same price. That was fine with me! I went shopping for about an hour trying to find items that were the same brand and same price. Then I get to the check out line just for them to tell me they could not do an even exchange for me???! Why was I not told this in the first place? I would have never spent an hour shopping just to leave with the same items I came in with. A lack of employee training should not be my fault.

This was an unexpected find, considering I was heading towards Houston. There are very few signs posted on the freeway of upcoming places to eat or get gas or a shopping. I ended up exiting and just staying on the service road turning down the street and there so many trees it's very hard to see and ending up at a Kohl's just to use the restroom. I have to say it was a very nice restroom and the stalls were very clean. I had time to spare so sure why not look around the store I did buy a few items and have been so far very pleased with my purchase. This Kohl's was a nice find

If you love waiting in long lines, here's your store. We waited for half an hour, in a line of people on each side, to get to a cashier. The manager was back and forth, directing people, but not even stopping to help gets lines down. We won't be back, the sales aren't worth the time. Hire some more help!

Wow, outstanding customer service and very clean store. You don't find this type of superb service very often in Houston. The lady (Cashier) that checked me out was extremely helpful. I dont know her name but I was there Friday 3/26 and checked out at 8:42pm. The best service I have had in ages.

Their "No hassle returns" and "In one word, yes" signs posted oh so proudly around the store is false advertising, and just down right BS. Our family has spent thousands of dollars at these stores just in this past year. I had to return a few items back in the beginning of September and was told I couldn't get store credit there but they would send it in the mail within 7-10 business days... A little Aggravated, but fine. Well I ended up having to call twice to remind them to send it. 7-10 days turned into TWO months! Then I was given a pair of slippers for Christmas, and they did not fit my swollen pregnant feet so I tried to return them for store credit and again was given the run around. I decided to call and see why this was happening, well I sat on hold for 20min just to hear some guy tell me that they can't so anything about it and there is no override. I would have to return the shoes, go home, wait a day then call and have them send out the gift card, then go back up there when and if I get this $10 worth of store credit.... Because I must not have a life, not to mention I'm 7months pregnant and driving back and forth is super easy for me. I will let everyone I know how horrible the "customer service" is and I will never spend another dime at any of their stores.

Need more cashiers! Left the store without my selections because the check out lines were way too long.

It's Christmas time, and there are 2 cashiers working at midday. There is probably 15 people on each line, and both cashiers could not work any slower. Me, as well as 3 other people put their things on a table and walked out. I will not go back again. Place look disorganized, clothing and specialty goods all over the place. I'll shop somewhere else.

Where are all these great sales people tell me about? I can go other places, pay less, find cuter clothes, and have faster check out. Three Kohl's that I have been to in the Spring/Tomball area leave me feeling disappointed.

It's a department store. Not sure what else you need to know. Prices were decent. We were there on Black Friday (wife's idea, not mine) and got some decent deals. People weren't too crazy. I'm more of a Dillard's/Foley's man myself (when there were Foley's), but Kohl's is OK. I think it's a Midwest thing maybe.

Swung by here for the first time today.. Not too impressed, the place was a mess. Their weekly sales weren't anything to write home about, but that is what it is. Usually we don't have have an issue finding anything to take home with us, but we walked out empty handed today.
