Ordered a cake for my daughters birthday and was told 2 hours prior to pick up that they couldn't do it for copyright reasons... would've been nice to know the day I dropped off the picture or even yesterday since they have had it for days now. So I get to scramble around town to find something similar to do for her. Horrible customer service!!!!

The baked goods may taste good (never tried), but the customer service is horrible. I wanted to order custom Sesame street cupcakes for my son's seconds birthday and had been to the bakery once and had a pleasant conversation with the manager. I explained to her what we were looking for and she said that her decorator was on vacation, but she would likely be able to do what we were asking for, I would just need to come back when she was working and speak with her. About a month later, on a Sunday morning, a short, stout, slightly passed middle-aged woman was behind the bakery counter and this is how the conversation went: Me: Good morning, do you guys do custom cupcakes? Baker: Depends on what you are looking for. Me: Show her a pictures from pintrest of Sesame street cupcakes. "We would like something like this" (This is the place where a decent human being and anyone with customer service experience would have given a nice explanation as to why they could not do this, instead, I got this...) Baker: It is against the law for me to make that, Pintrest are things that YOU make in YOUR own time in YOUR own kitchen, unless YOU want to pay a 100,000 dollar fine from the government. Me: Oh ok, is it just because it's from Pintrest? Baker: No, it's because it is against the law and if you want me to do that, you need to go get written permission from Jim Henson...(Me giving a weird look, as it's hard to get anything in writing from a dead person)....awkward pause....."Jim Henson Productions". Me: Oh, ok, so it's a copyright infringement? Baker: Yes So this is why I will never purchase a baked good from the Bakery at this Kroger. I am not an irrational person who goes around and asks people to break the law and a simple, "we cannot do that because it's a copyright infringement issue" would have sufficed. The sarcasm and rudeness was completely unnecessary. So for your bakery needs, I recommend, well, anywhere else.

Nice Kroger store with a gas station in the same parking lot. There's 5 fuel pumps and don't forget to use your fuel points to save up! $2.15/gal and $.03 off! Wahoo!!

Every time I come here I am so impressed with the warm customer service I get. If I can't find an item, Jose is always willing to help out. He knows the store back and front. I love shopping where you are appreciated.

Two words, "rat infested." This place has a serious problem with rodent control. In fact, the entire strip center needs to call a pest control service. Seriously. When a young child thinks she saw a dog run under the gondola and starts chasing after it, there's a serious problem. Montgomery County Health Department should inspect this business and all others in the strip center.

I only walked into this Kroger to use their ATM because the Nail Salon next door doesn't have a credit/debit card machine. The staff was very friendly, welcomed me when I walked in and asked me if I needed help with anything. I expect it is like all other Kroger's, great little place to get some small grocery shopping done, with a limited selection. I was just glad for an ATM and smiling faces!

The people are great, very nice and very helpful. This is not a high end store and the selections are limited. Its on the route between work and home so i can see myself stop in for some essentials but this isn't my store of choice.
