If you don't trust us to bag our own groceries, open up lanes at night. I had to sit there and wait on an attendant after a machine accused me of stealing a loaf of bread. The video was beautifully clear that I was NOT stealing the bread, your scanner was just broken. It's absolutely unbelievable. Hire cashiers and pay them a liveable wage while you're at it.

Self checkout machines are so scammy at this store. They are so glitchy that they make you scan twice multiple times and actually succeed to double charge you. Saw the double charge after I paid so I asked for a refund but they couldn’t refund me because the customer service is closed. Told me I have to come back tomorrow. For a $4 sausage I have to make another trip? NO. Not even once in my life I experience a large retail store like this had its customer service closed during its business hours. Scammy self check out, BAD management.

Buy One Get One apparently means food that is compromised or spoiled be careful what you buy here check dates. Digital coupons mean nothing.

Would have received ⭐s but the management staff is absolutely terrible. I had 2 managers stand in the middle of self checkout, in everyones way and didn't move an inch. Never personable.

This is my go to Kroger. I enjoy shopping there because I can get everything I need for my family. The pick is great and super fast when I order online. The pharmacy is good and the staff are nice. Anytime I need help for any staff in any department they are always so helpful. This is my favorite Kroger.

I know there’s no reason to mention the lack of cashiers and long wait times. However, the restroom has been in this exact condition for months. This is an easy fix.

I have been a customer for years and spend close to $300-$600 a week! We have a big family and Krogers is close and convenient. Some employees are nice and friendly.. others are not so nice.. one gentleman that was a cashier.. was pissed that I didn’t know the amount of limes I have in a bag.. took all my limes out on to the scanner and counted them.. then put them back in a Kroger bag. Wow. Today cashier Isabella didn’t say hello and when scanning my groceries she was tossing my groceries off to the side especially the meat. Once I paid for. My groceries she was bagging some of the groceries. As I was grabbing bags and putting them in my basket.. the last bag she had in her hand.. then dropped them on the counter.. so I reached to grab the last bag as another cashier was relieving her she tossed her hand up and mumbled something.. the other cashier and her were laughing and giggling. I’m not sure why she was obviously in a bad mood. She really needs to check her attitude. And other employees as well.
It’s hard to find a good grocery basket. Most of them make loud noises or the wheels are stuck. Be careful when you buy from the meat department always check the expiration date and if chicken bags are leaking. The good benefit Kroger has is the fuel points.
