Kroger corporation y'all get a bad job for me means y'all do a bad job to try to support customers your advertising on TV that y'all lowering your prices but you're not lowering your prices I bought nine items today and it cost me 62 bucks y'all say y'all are trying to help disability people well I can't even get food stamps to get disability food stamps from y'all are free food from y'all I have to pay out of pocket also I try to get a job from y'all and y'all won't even give me a job so y'all get a bad rating for me y'all are not keeping your promises alone in their prices for the American people I went to Walmart for 16 for less items and got more from my money at Walmart y'all are out of your mind when y'all say you're trying to help American people specially the disabled people like me we're on our own here and y'all won't even help us get good food for us to eat y'all get a bad rating for me

Great curbside appeal for being next to the I- 45 N frontage road. Clean store and restroom. Also a great place to grab a quick bite to eat if you have come from the local gym facility down the walk path.

I was going to checkout and I ended up forgetting to scan a code first before checking out and the cashier and bagger were being very polite and helpful and the cashier ended up getting help from the manager I believe but her name was carol and she ended up giving attitude towards me and my friend and rolled her eyes at us as well so we just ended up going to self checkout since we didn’t want to deal with her since we didn’t want to hold up line and instead of carol apologizing,it was the bagger that apologized for her rude behavior. So in my opinion carol should do better with her customer service.

Electric carts kept dieing. I had to change carts 4 times, and finally got frustrated and went to Walmart to finish my shopping.

Wait is way too long for a store as huge as this one is, as only one cashier is checking out. It is 11:30 am, and this is unacceptable for a mega Kroger store on the outskirts of Houston, TX. I have way too much money sitting in my cart, and would have left all in the cart, if I had not spent half an hour just shopping.

Each time I go in and have to deal with the customer service in the self checkout they are so rude! I have never had that issue with H‑E‑B, their employees are so friendly and helpful. I’m not sure if it’s the working environment issue or what. Maybe they need a pizza party.
