Kustom Werx repaired the top tailgate on our black BMW X5 about a year ago. They did fantastic work; looks as good as new. They were also able to get the insurance company to quickly sign off so that work could begin promptly. Communication and customer service was also great.

I had been a customer here for close to 20 years and I will NEVER return. This shop used to treat you like a valued customer, but this is not the case anymore. I took my SUV for a chrome deletion. My car was returned late, damaged and dirty. My total bill ended up being over $400 more than quoted because requested work was not in the quote even though it was a part of what we discussed when i went for the quote and I never got a call approving the difference. My tires were severely over inflated. And there is a new scratch in the door. I reached out to the owner with pictures concerning my issues and received no response. Will be taking my auto body needs elsewhere from now on.

I can't recommend Kustom Werx enough. My insurance agency recently put me and Kustom Werx through the runner, but the guys at KW handled it with exceptional patience, persistence and knowledge. They took great care of the car and of me, and I'm super grateful! I also got some good time in with everyone's favorite employee, Hank, and nothing beats that :)

Had a bad experience using Kustom Werx. We could have chosen any collision shop for the repair but we decided on Kustom Werx bc they are close to home, family/neighborhood business - wanted to give them a shot at the work. They kept our son's car for 6 weeks. The only repair needed was the rear side panel (someone backed into it). They claimed the part took a long time to ship - if so - would have been nice to have kept the car until part came in?? Really bad at communication - not very friendly at all. Felt that they did not tell the truth about the status of the car bc 2 different people told us 2 different status and then when we thought the car would take at least another week - they call and its done! Wow - was pleasantly surprised but someone definitely was not being honest with the status of the repair. And then we had to take the car back bc they forgot to plug the rear tail light back in - so son was driving around with no tail light. Overall disappointed and will not use them again. If they would have been more friendly and offering apologies - might would use them in the future - but just felt like they didn't really need our business.
