Arden is amazing! He always explains everything perfectly. I used to go to Jiffy Lube, but I swung in here one time, because I was in a rush. I now stopped going to Jiffy Lube to come here because of him and how efficient this Valvoline location is. This is the branch in Montgomery near Lake Conroe and they are by far the best place to get your vehicle maintenance and oil changed. The entire team seems to be well trained and the communicate well to each other.

The technicians really helped my husband. They checked our check engine light, changed our oil , filled our tires and installed a new battery. The water all professional and extremely helpful.

The staff here is amazing, they always take great care of me and my vehicles. Management is great and very involved, quick to catch potential issues and address them appropriately and with great customer service. Can’t say enough good things about this location and the staff that make it great every visit. Thomas, Arden and the rest of the staff always are willing to go above and beyond the expectation of service. Happy to be a return customer

Rashun was great and super friendly. Work was done in about five to ten minutes for oil change, tire pressure, and wipers. The company does try to upsale you, but they're always straight about it and they're honest. If you need a quick oil change, I highly recommend them.

Don't bother, went there 5 times and NO INSPECTOR. I was told to "Go to Jiffy Lube up the road" . UGH bring back Kwik Kar Lube. Never going back.
