Ralph came out and helped us get our new digital lock installed on our front door. Excellent service and an extremely helpful and knowledgeable guy. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs lock services.

Ralph was awesome. Very fairly priced, and extremely informative. Fella gave more information than any lock smith I’ve had to deal with. Overall good guy. Definitely going to my my first call if I get locked out or lose my keys again!

Scheduled three days ahead for a Tuesday and I get a text Tuesday and they said they couldn't get to me till weds. I took the day off. I found venmo. Great service.

Never returned my Text. The multiple calls just went straight to voicemail saying to text for faster service. I had to go with someone else. I see the negative reviews are the result of lack of responding communications. I hope they get their phone/text issues fixed. I gave them 2 stars since he was very polite the day before, I wish them well.
