I was not looking forward to getting my taxes done on April 14th but a late 1099 forced me to. I was prepared for whoever prepared my taxes to be at their wits end but I couldn’t have been more wrong I’m happy to say.
First, my 1099 was electronic and I had to screenshot it and email it to the Liberty Tax office on Loop 336 in Conroe and the screenshot wouldn’t attach where it could be opened. Valerie worked some magic and got everything printed out and did it with a smile on her face.
Then she was extremely pleasant and extremely efficient with my return! And let me mention that the customer she had before me was a total a$$ to her over what Liberty charges. She handled it with ease and I know that I couldn’t have handled it with the grace in which she did. I think I wanna be president of Valerie’s fan club when I grow up, she was quite impressive!
This experience coul not have been better and it’s all thanks to Valerie! Liberal has earned my business!!!
