Joshua has been the most helpful associate I have ever worked with at any storage facility. After losing my keys to my unit he was prompt in cutting the lock and making sure we had everything we needed for vacating. He checked on my husband and me multiple times to see if we needed anything and came to offer us water on a very hot Houston summer day. We cannot thank him enough for his customer service and overall kindness.

I have been super impressed with Extra Space Storage. And working with Daniel and Joshua at the FM 1488 location has been great. They both are super friendly, very knowledgeable about the business and really help you find the right solution for your particular needs. (I have a car parked there and another smaller unit in the climate controlled area). Daniel and Joshua's follow up and customer service from day 1 really stood out.
The facility is very clean and the process of renting is really streamlined. I have been very impressed. I definitely recommend this place. And I hope Joshua and Daniel are recognized for being stellar employees.

Joshua Eanes was extremely hospitable and helpful! He keeps the storage facility extremely clean. I was taking a while and he passed by my unit and offered me cold water. Best customer service around.

Call center rep gave me a different location from the one I specifically requested. When I got into the location I was told I had no lease on file. Joshua Eanes at 2828 FM 1488 assisted me to get a spot, helped me set up the app and got me great promo rates. He was very polite and very happy to assist.

Joshua and Daniel were both extremely helpful to me during a very difficult time in my life. I needed a storage facility quickly, and they gave me excellent customer service and were very kind, thoughtful and compassionate. I got a tour immediately, and Joshua was very patient with me! Don't hesitate to use this facility...everything is very professional and well handled, and easily accessible. The app makes it very user friendly as well! Overall it was an excellent experience at a very challenging time!!

Amazing storage space that is clean and easy to get in and out of. This is a safe storage. And Daniel is the best at managing it! Incredibly helpful, friendly and dependable. Have been using for almost two years and just moved out.
