The last few years I’ve struggled with the mental mindset of getting back into a regular workout. The end of 2022 I finally started adding movement back into my daily routine. I worked myself up to daily 4 mile walks but really needed strength training. Watching my husband improve the last two years at LSRF finally gave me the courage to take that final step and join myself. I’ve only done a few sessions but each time I’ve left feeling capable, stronger and motivated to return for more. Scott just opened up a mid morning class and I’m excited too my routine. I’m a busy mama of two kids and that mid morning option is perfect for our chaotic schedule.

Scott Wells’ Lift Strong Run Fast gym has been my go to workout place for 19 months. I have free access to a fully equipped gym through my job but I seldom take advantage of it and prefer LSRF for three reasons: Scott’s experience as a trainer, his programming, and the friendliness of the other members, especially those in the 5 PM class. Everyone there has their own strengths and weaknesses and understands if you can’t do certain lifts or movements due to injury, age, or lack of experience. It’s expected. Scott can give you alternative exercises if you let him know what the problem is and what your goals are. The first step is just getting started. Don’t put it off.

Scott’s programming is second to no one. I’ve been going for two years and I’m in the best shape of my life. He mixes things up and keeps it fresh and exciting. It’s not easy, but everyone embraces the struggle and gets through it together.

LSRF is more than just a gym; it's a supportive community where everyone is dedicated to being better and helping others be better as well. Whether that is through mindset or making sure you’re using the correct form. It’s such a motivational atmosphere and has become what I look forward to at the end of each day. The strong sense of unity, focus on overall wellness, and commitment to each other make it a life-changing fitness destination.

Excellent programming, fun people, wide array of equipment. Go to this gym if you want to hit your goals. The workouts push you to improve over a wide range of skills and keep you consistently coming back.I've seen a huge leap in strength, endurance, speed, and mobility in a relatively short time. My kids are noticing how much stronger Dad is these days.

Coach Scott is super detailed and truly cares about form and really takes to explain the hows and whys. His classes are hard but you feel so accomplished! Glad i found this gym! The members there are super friendly and welcoming too !

If you go on a regular basis, you will lift stronger and run faster. Scott's programming is "spot on". He promotes a friendly and inspiring group of gym-mates to push you to be stronger and faster.

The owner, Scott Wells is a brand by himself. It is not only a Gym, it is more like a community. I looked at several options, and it is like having a private instructor, that pushes you to do better and not give up. Highly recommend, besides, the beach volley ball court and the mixture of outdoor and indoor activities for workout are a major plus!
