Myah is the Property Manager and she was the one that showed me the storage unit. She was kind and welcoming. Prices were great. She also introduced her Assistant Harley. It was fast and easy process.

I wish I could reach out to everyone who leases space here and warn them to come check on their belongings. My brother just discovered his unit has been infested with rats. The movers couldn’t even move it out and everyone was afraid they were going to get sick. His furniture, shoes, clothes… all things he needs, all ruined. And the smell is absolutely disgusting.
I see now that there are other reviews saying the same thing, from months ago. So they have known all this time. So irresponsible! The negligence and lack of regard for people who have chosen to trust this facility is beyond disturbing.
I certainly hope we have an opportunity to make this review better by having a conversation with someone from this company who is willing to make things right. Otherwise, stay far far away.

DO NOT RENT HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! THIS PLACE IS INFESTED WITH RATS!! ALL MY ITEMS WERE FULL OF RAT POOP AND URINE. ALOT OF ITEMS WERE DAMAGED. THIS CAN CAUSE DISEASES AND I SEE MANY HAVE BEEN AFFECTED BY RATS. THIS WILL BE REPORTED TO CITY
