No answer EVER! Waited hours & hours for someone to pick up but no one picks up. Keeps going in rotation then hangs up ( or they are picking up & hanging up ) after waiting for ever.

No one ever answers the phone.
Insanely difficult to get an appointment here.
Website is an absolute joke as well.
Save your self the trouble & mental frustration and just go somewhere else.

My own experience with Dr. Garr was horrible. I only saw and spoke to her once. She never communicated with me. She never went over my blood work and would cancel and reschedule my appointments last minute making it impossible and frustrating to plan or seek help. My Qnatal test came back high risk for Down syndrome and two weeks went by without a call. She left me to seek help elsewhere with other doctors and use google. Every time I called or messaged her she was unavailable. I finally gave up and changed doctors due to lack of care, communication and last minute cancellations.

This visit we saw Dr. David Nguyen. Lone star family health center in Conroe has always been professional and friendly since I've attended ( since 2020) . Dr. Nguyen is always informative and shows sincere concern when it comes to the baby. However, I would be remissed if I didn't mention his super helpful and always polite assistant Mrs. Sussetti! She's always personable when it comes to my kids! She captures their attention and helps to keep them occupied while I answer questions effectively!. Great service from her and Mrs. Krystal, always!!! Their dedication and service should be appreciated and not taken for granted!?

Very good service, the staff are friendly and helpful. I like that they respect other people's cultures. Sheila and Gustavo are great , compassionate, and respectful counselors. Sheila works great with children. I totally recommend them if you, or your kids need counseling.

Melissa in the X-Ray department was excellent in my appointment with her. She was very professional and comforting at the same time. She makes your clinic worth coming to.

Didn’t even have to make to the first appointment to tell you not to come here. Day one I went through insurance to schedule my appointment, explained to them it’s a high risk and other issues involved and they told me they accepted my insurance, scheduled my appointment. They then waited over 10 days and two days after I confirmed to tell me last minute my insurance isn’t accepted. When I called back and asked to speak to someone over the ob department the woman on the phone told me she doesn’t know me and she doesn’t know why I have a problem. I have a problem with people are supposed to have my unborn child’s best interest in mind but are too unorganized and unprofessional to do so. If you’re aren’t capable of handling a stressed pregnant woman asking to speak to your superior don’t work for an OB office. Read the recent reviews. I’m not the only one with an issue. Just as a woman in general speaking to a woman in these circumstances as she did is beyond me.

Wellll, I want to start by saying I am a very passive, layed back person. I’m not one to judge, BUT when it comes to my health, I take it seriously. When I first arrived everything was good. It wasn’t the most fanciest clinic ever, but it was ok. I got called back earlier than my appointment time, which was great. When the nurse took me back to ask me for my medical history, she asked me when the last time I had a Pap smear, I answered, and she told me that I was WRONG! How am I wrong about MY own medical history!!! I was kind of taken back, I’ve never in my life had a nurse tell me I was wrong about my own medical history. So doctor comes in, he seemed more nervous than I was. I started trying to explain my visit, and he just kind of seemed uncomfortable to talk to me about some things which then made me feel uncomfortable. I honestly thought he was googling things on his laptop right in-front of me, which did not make me feel confident that my answers was going to be answered. I just needed some blood work done to see what was going on with me getting dizzy and low energy all the time. Went to the lab, they were good. The lady that took my blood was so sweet and we had a small chat about God, and I loved that! That first little bit I encountered with the nurse just really threw me off. But it wasn’t too long of an appointment. I do feel like I will need to change doctors though, just so I’m comfortable with someone handling my personal information and health.

Avoid the obgyn department. Had to have a colpscopy and an endometrial biopsy. I asked for something to make the procedure less painful and was told to take OTC nsaids. I'm in my late 30s, I have a science education and I'm aware of how painful a biopsy can be. My needs were completely ignored, screaming should not be normal during a procedure and that's what happened. Then my dr lied in her notes claiming I "handled the procedure well." I did not. The entire experience was traumatic, I will be reporting this incident and finding a new dr because this place does not listen to their patients. I'm in veterinary medicine and we don't even treat animals that way.

An absolute joke. Sent down a rabbit hole of different numbers on who to contact to just get a simple appointment and turned away every number I called saying they had no idea what I was talking about. I keep trying to seek care so I can walk properly and no one seems to care.

On May 17th we attended a new patient dentist visit for my 17-year-old son. They were over an hour late in seeing him. They took x-rays but didn't do even do a cleaning. They said that he had several cavities, needed root root planing and scaling which would require authorization from the dental insurance, and needed oral surgery for incoming wisdom teeth. They said they would email me that referral within 24 hours. Two weeks later, I call asking about the authorization and the referral that didn't come. I get the referral finally by email on June 7th. I call back on July 1st asking for an update on the authorization from insurance. They told me that it had been submitted but they were still waiting for the insurance company to respond. They would not give me a date for when submitted. Today, six weeks later in August and still no response from Lone Star Dentistry, I call my child's insurance company and have them look up when the request for the root planing and scaling had been made. I was told on July 1st and it was declined on July 3rd. Possibly because Lone Star had requested coverage for two separate appointments to do only 1/2 of my son's mouth at a time. But of course, Lone Star didn't contact me back to at the very least schedule for the cavities to be filled. I don't know about the other services at the health center, but the dentistry department is absolutely horrible. Don't put your child's health in their hands.

Best experience I’ve had with this clinic! Dr.Ibrahim has taken very great care of my family ever since our first visit, he has been more than supportive and attentive. Sussetti has also been very kind and caring towards us.
