The gas grill I bought from Lowe’s eight years ago, came apart with very light usage. So I immediately returned to Lowe’s because their prices are usually the best in town.
The salesman that help me new precious little about grills, but pretended that he did. He joked a lot And answer to my questions. I made my choice based upon experience and familiarity with charbroil, and established brand.
The next day, when I came to pick up the grill, the ladies who were working, there were young and apparently light on experience. After searching, they found the item But were unable to provide any kind of delivery service because it was Sunday and Lowes*** stopped renting truck trucks and trailers.
I left to rent a truck from U-Haul and came back to load my grill. The two ladies brought the grill outside and two other ladies joined us and were instrumental and putting the grill in the truck. One lady was adamant about letting me know that any damage done to the grill during the loading process was at my risk because I was the owner of the grill at that point. I denied her exclamation and allowed them to continue. With a little struggling and a lot of directional guidance from me, they managed to get the grill in the truck and position so would not move around during transit. while we were loading, I struck up a quick conversation with a man who was loading his vehicle to go to Fishermans Cove Cabins on LAKE CONROE. We talked about the cabins and how nicely equipped they are and clean. He said he particularly liked the ability to do his fishing from the deck and he said One could fish any hour of the day or night. I was impressed.
The only issue with this purchase from Lowe’s was two small parts from the underside of the grill were missing, but I guess that can be expected from any item that is purchased and has to be assembled.
For selection and price, when buying a gas grill or a charcoal grill for that matter, Lowes*** will always be my first stop.

If I could give a zero, I would. I purchased a green machine power washer in 2024. I used it 5 times before it stopped working. Two weeks ago, I purchased a Craftwman power washer and during the second use, it stopped working. As I was driving to Lowe’s, I called them and was on hold for 21 minutes as I walked into the store. I showed the woman manager how long I had been on hold - she could have cared less. I told her I was returning the power washer and explained the circumstances. She told me it had to be returned to the manufacturer. I told her that is not what the gentleman told me the day I purchased it. He said if anything went wrong, I could return it to the store. She argued with me until she finally looked it up and discovered I was right. She reluctantly refunded my money and was not helpful at all.

After making a large purchase my family went to ask a question at the pro desk. Shawna was completely rude and snapped over asking what time the store closed. Shawna seems unstable and needs training and help with basic customer service.

Craftsman warranty is a joke here. The lady at returns can't focus on one person and gets nothing done. They don't stock hardly any single items so you have to deal with Craftsman directly. Harbor freight is much better to deal with and better quality now.

Went to purchase a new washing machine, and explained my situation to the associate. I explained I needed to be able to take a washer home with me that day. The associate went from “you can take any of these washers home today” to “you can’t take any washer home today, they have to be delivered in 2 weeks”
Ended up leaving, getting on the app, and purchasing the washing machine I wanted, and picked it up curbside an hour later. Not sure why no one could help me in the store.
