The place is under new management, and my experience was great customer service and had my 04 yukon front end completely rebuilt in a days time, which to me made me feel like a valued customer, further more I'd use them again.

They got the job done. It took a week. They had done some things which were not priced-approved. They charged the infamous environmental waste fee, which was never communicated. The owner/mechanic is gruff. He was able to identify the problem and over the course of the week the story « flip-flopped » over and over again.Would I go back there again? In that choosing a mechanic in Willis means selecting the least harmful option, yes I would.
