They messed up my complete order. I ordered a 40 piece nugget, large fries, sweet and sour sauce, BBG, Dr pepper, and a sprite. and all I got was a 27 (give or take) piece nugget (they were in 10 piece boxes), small fries, chili sauce, and no bbq sauce. To add on this isn't a one time thing because I USED to come here in the mornings to get a coffee because it was close but it always took about 10 minutes to make 2 coffees and one time they didn't even bring it out.

Still the same as before, but really wanted a salad, they need to bring that backVegetarian options: Give options like fruit in a cup, or salads because a lot of people aren't really hungry for a big meal.

The gentlemen that were there tonight did a really good job of making me feel welcome. I had to go through the drive thru about 5 or 6 times because the app only allows you to redeem one reward at a time, but even on the latter go arounds they still made me feel welcome. Great job guys ?

I have gone into this McDonald's a few times, mainly only for doordash delivering and they have messed up the orders several times and also gave another delivery driver the order that I had confirmed to pick up. So frusterating when the McDonald's associates don't even know how to do their job and then tell me they can't do anything even though they're the ones that are supposed to double check everything is compliant when the dasher comes to pick up the food. Including confirming & double checking the order number and yet tell me there's nothing they can do. Which causes me to have to call the customer and let them know McDonald's messed up and may have to cancel the order and start over making them wait longer for their food.... so ridiculous. And poor customer service.Good job McDonald's. Another reason you guys are the worst fast food place ever.

8:30. Only me and another person inside the store. Ordered the breakfast meal. Number 2 with sweet tea at 7:55. Finally ask for my money back at 8:30. I figured out the problem while I sat for 30 minutes, watching someone from the drive thru come into the store, mad because their order was wrong. I must have watched 20 people come, some not so nice and others just frustrated. I figured out the issue. It is a language issue. The workers here, don't speak or understand American language. Mcdonalds proprietor of this location needs to hire people who can speak American and not spanish. I watched an older gentleman come in and tell them he ordered black coffee, 2 sugar. They put cream. He was very nice. They gave him a new one. He walked out and came back in. He wasn't nice this time. He said, I told you no cream. Black with two sugar.....you put cream. After 30 minutes, I ask for my money back. Took 10 minutes to get my money back. Went to my office and told them what happened. They all said, they don't go to that one for the same reason. My wifes office is 3 blocks down the road. I told her about it and she said, it's knowledge in the medical offices, don't go to this McDonalds. If you are reading this, avoid this place.

I’ve never been treated as rudely as I was on 12/19/2023 by TESLA. I get it, some people are hardheaded, but when you do things to your detriment just because you don’t want to admit you’re wrong, that’s a problem.I stopped @ the restaurant around 4:45pm. (My daughter is collecting McNugget toys and she asked me to look for the one she was missing.) Employees were standing around, 2 customers sitting at tables. The place was dead. Which is why I stopped, because I didn’t want to ask about a toy during a rush. A very nice young man wearing a headset greeted me (he isn’t part of this 1 star review, he was the only redeeming part of that whole restaurant) while everyone else just stood there doing nothing. I asked him about the toy, he checked and they had it.This is where everything shifts.Apparently that young man was stationed at the drive thru and had an order. A thin young man took over at the counter, drive thru guy sets my toy on the prep counter. I re-explain to ThinKid that I want to buy the toy. He says he needs to ask how to ring it up. He goes to Tesla and quietly asks, she not-quietly answers “She has to buy FOOD.” Google “Lida & Melina, MadTV” if you want to get the full experience of Tesla’s dialect & attitude. Include a swinging ponytail.ThinKid comes back and tells me I have to buy food. I’m not a regular connoisseur of McDonald’s and my kids are grown so I don’t know the rules when it comes to toys anymore. I asked what I had to buy, he said “Whatever you want,” so I ordered a cheeseburger, fries & juice for my husband. My order arrived on the counter, I checked the bag. No fries, no toy. I ask ThinKid “Where’s the fries & toy?” He says “You want a toy?”Seriously?Tesla chimes in and says I have to buy a nugget meal. So I tell ThinKid “OK. I want to exchange that cheeseburger for a NUGGET meal and the TOY that drive thru guy showed me.” ThinKid calls Tesla over because he doesn’t know how to refund the cheeseburger. She rings up the nuggets & toy and gives me a $2.11 credit for my initial purchase. Apparently no one here knows how to do a refund.Order up, I check and there’s a different toy in the bag. I’ve been in the store for 20 minutes now. This is when Tesla decides to cop an even bigger attitude. She says “We don’t have time to dig through the toys to find the one YOU want.” I remind her that the one I wanted was already on the counter, all they had to do was put it in with my food. She says “THAT toy got tossed back in the box,” and she wasn’t going to look for it. I tell her I’m done, I want my money back. I’m not buying food that I don’t want to get a toy that I don’t want. She tries to refund me $8.53, I remind her there’s also $2.11 due from the initial purchase. She scolds me! She wags her ponytail and says, “I already GAVE you $2.11 toward your meal. You GOT your $2.11 already!” I pointed at the meal on the counter and say “My $2.11 is IN THERE. Tell me what, exactly, I should take out of that box to recoup my $2.11.” She huffs and puffs. I tell her “All you have to do is let drive thru guy retrieve my toy, and I will leave with the toy AND the food! No refund necessary.” She completely ignores me and says “…insert your credit card.” She refunds me $12.86. I tell her “I only spent $10.64. Your drawer is going to be short at the end of the night.” She said “I don’t know how to do a refund any other way and I don’t care.” I told Tesla she was very unprofessional and rude, she retorted she WAS professional. I left with my $2.22 gain.I drove maybe 5 minutes and saw another McDonald’s on League Line Road, so I stopped. Guess what? They were HAPPY to check for the toy, which they had, and I was out with food & toy, stress free, in under 5 minutes.Tesla is a beautiful young woman, but the minute she opened her mouth she was nothing but a hostile, trashy punk. I feel sorry for her customers & coworkers because she is just not a nice person.Hey Tesla! It’s OK to admit when you’re wrong, it’s OK to admit when you don’t know how to do something.
