I have taken various vehicles, over the years, to Grace and have never been dissatisfied with the service. Here recently they helped me out while in a bind, lacking the time I needed to work my own problems. You get what you pay for. You take your vehicle to a chain that only wants to change your oil and replace your tires, the level of service at those places shows. I have been taking my vehicle to Conroe Meineke for almost 15 yeas and will continue to do so. Thanks Dan, for your help.

Meineke Car Care of Conroe, makes you feel at ease from the first phone call to repairs completions. Its Dan's calming demeanor and the respect and professionalism of the other young men at the shop. Its the explanation of what your vehicle needs and how everything will be done to get it back running, accordingly.
Its the pricing and fairness and the fact, that the men there have never tried to sell me short for being a woman on what my vehicle truly needs.
For me I had the pleasure to meet the owner Ms. Gracy and the genuine care and concern she showed for my family and I, made me vow additionally that Meineke-Conroe will always be the first place to take my vehicles to have them assessed and repaired.

Dan was great, and the customer service was awesome. He even stayed a little layer for me to drop.it off. The owner, Ms. Gracey was so sweet. Whwn thw car was ready, She picked me up, with hee sweet cute little dog, and brought me bqck to the shop. It was actually ready sooner than we expwcted. We usually take our car to the dealership we bought it from, but the would need to replace the entire muffler system and would have cost almost 3000. Meineke charhes us 1/5th of that because they were able.to replace just the bad part. We will definately use thrm again.
