My daughter had a tire emergency and ended up needing an alignment. Well the alignment ended up also finding she needed new struts. This shop was so helpful and caring that my teenage daughter had to spend her hard earned money. They ended up assisting her also in doing some other little things at no charge. Great group of guys. Highly recommend!! They’ve earned a new loyal young customer that’s for sure!! Thank you!!

Came into this location yesterday to get my wheels aligned after replacing most of my steering components. Tech let me walk into the service bay, along as I didn't go under the car. A lot of places won't allow that. The tech (Corey) answered all my questions and was very knowledgeable. I came here after a horrible experience at Pepboys on N336. Do yourself a favor and come here. I'll be coming back for anything beyond my capabilities.

This location is wonderful! David is always very kind and honest. Everyone here is kind and knowledgeable and finishes the job at a timely manner. I’ve brought my car here twice now, and I’m always pleased. I brought the team Crumbl cookies because I’m always so appreciative and who doesn’t enjoy cookies 😂. I’m always leary going to mechanic places because they always want to upsell you on so many things you don’t need and you can literally spend hours going around in circles at other places. Here, it’s all good experience! 10/10!

This was my 1st time here after speaking to Steven last week on the phone for a quote. The staff was kind and prompt. Their prices were reasonable for a synthetic oil change and alignment with a 1 year warranty.

My son bought his first car and made a mistake clipping a curb. He came in because it is next door to his work. From looking at the damage his father and I both agree he needed a new ball joint at the very least.
David, explained to my son (who is an adult) said that he needs a new ball joint and crossarm. Ethan said no, he just wanted the ball joint. They agreed to repair the ball joint and David (and us parents) forget to mention this will require a wheel alignment. When working on the suspension system, the alignment should be included in the replacement.
Not being able to drive, my son took me out and immediately I knew the car was not safe to drive. It was listing badly to the left and there was an audible noise coming from the problem wheel. I told him to go straight back to Midas and I'd follow him in my own car. I stopped for coffee for us and my son called me frantically that they would not do the crossarm without the bally and asked me to step in because he does not know enough about how car mechanics work to be able to stand up for himself. When I got there and looked at the quote, I knew immediately that David was taking advantage of a young man that has not done more than change the oil of a car in his life.
David said my child had signed off on the original work and I said yes I understand that. His response was the crossarm comes in an assembly. Really. I get the intensive labor not to mention how dangerous cottle pins are to work with. He processed to prove to me through parts on Midas' website. I took one look and summed it up, so you removed the three bolts off of a new assembly to make the repair. Why on earth did you touch the car knowing full good and well that the crossarms come as an assembly. David knew he would be back for the crossarm repair when my son had the money. So, David where is the crossarm your staff took the ball joint off of?
What terrifies me the most after I demanded a quality check of the ball joint under their warranty. I was shocked that it turned out he needed an entire new tire. That's it!
David not only put my son and our family at risk but all of the people driving near him. That tire could have blown or caused him to flip sigh how badly the rim was damaged.
I've used Midas in the past and frankly being judged for being a woman ticked me off and refuse to do business with them. I understand that not all people, especially women, have a family that took the time to ensure they knew their way around cars before giving them the keys to their first car.
Shame on you David for taking advantage of people in their time of need and have no choice but to trust you to ensure their safety and everyone else on the road.
