Went to this collision center and had such a great experience I have to leave my review. I was trying to take the bottom part of the back sits but it was difficult, I thought that going to the dealer service area I would get help but they told me it was very difficult because the seat was bolted. I told them I saw YouTube videos of people just pulling it up and it came out but they lied and said that mines were bolted. Anyways I decided to look for a collision place near me and that's how I ended up in Xclusive. They were kind enough to take a look and they were able to do it. Very nice people and helpful. I will definitely recommend them to my family and friends!!! So I was able to put my seat covers, I'm happy now!!!! Thank you š

Customer service is amazing! They did an amazing job on my car! I was so stressed and worried about my car and they were amazing in reassuring and eased my worries! My car looks brand new again and I'm so happy with the work! My jaw dropped when I saw my car! Thank you so much for taking care of my car!

My husband Richard LaPole Jr and I was a previously client there we do not appreciate that you're employee going through our car and throwing things away that y'all shouldn't be touching in our car without our permission and also poorly communication y'all did not keep us updated on our car at all we don't recommend any body going to this people they are rude and disrespectful to my husband Richard LaPole Jr and I we would like to talk too the owner of the body shop about our missing stuff that was stolen out of our car .

My experience here was awful. Lack of communication, attentiveness and just all around professionalism. My husband and I had to speak with the manager multiple times during my visit. They gave me my car ācompleteā and I drove it 60 feet and heard rattling and bumping sounds. It was crazy to think that this was approved to give back to a customer. The customer service representatives actually blamed other employees and made excuses left and right. Just a really bad experience for me, and no idea how the review for this place is so high. I would not recommend.

If anyone needs a recommendation for accident/ body work I highly recommend Xclusive Collision. Fast, friendly and went above and beyond to help me. They called the insurance to help arrange a car rental and in 10min I was in and out with an estimated time of work and they were done a week early! The work was fantastic! I had a bad experience with the place on 105 and they fixed it wrong it took weeks and they didnāt do any work! Trust me the best place in Conroe area is Xclusive Collision!!!

Absolutely horrible service. Non communicative and poor workmanship. They damaged my vehicle and never even told me. Horrendous management and horrible and rude employees. Will never go back here again and will never recommend their services. There are much better places to go so donāt waste your time with this joke of a business.

This place had great customer service as soon as I walked in the door. They were all so welcoming and made the process of dropping off my vehicle so easy. They kept we updated on my vehicle everyday and made sure they walked me through what all they were going to be fixing on my car. I highly recommend this shop for all your collision needs. Would definitely come here again. When I picked up my car it was nice and clean inside and out! They went over and beyond. Thank you again

Me and my girlfriend bought a cheap from a man who bought it from them and all of a sudden the title ended up disappearing I spoke with the manager numerous times or I tried to ...she would never answer an email or answer the phone at this point I've sent a certified letters probably going to have to take her to court but this is no way to do business this is not a place I would recommend if you're a veteran.. so when dealing with this company just be careful as I'm about to contact the veteran administration so they can get involved

Fix my tailgate cover in a day high quality service and high-quality work done good as new. Canāt even tell that it was fixed. I would definitely recommend them specially for luxury cars!

The people who worked on my car did an amazing job despite my car giving them such a hard time. They kept me updated the whole time and took the time to explain what they were doing along the way! The kind ladies up front were so sweet when I was paying out and were lovely to talk to as well! I will definitely be coming back again with any future problems because of their amazing service!!
