If I could rate this no stars I would. Do not get your car serviced here. I took my car in for an oil change and they said I had $10,000 worth of repairs that need to be fixed. I started looking for new cars and finally decided to get a second opinion from a mechanic. There is nothing wrong with my car. $10,000 worth of repairs for nothing to be wrong with my car. Don't trust these people.

The only reason I take my car here is because it's closer to me than other locations. It's difficult to get your car service if you didn't buy warranty from them. They never have any loaner cars for you. Don't tell me loaner cars are "reserved" 10-15 days in advance. You can't predict when your car is going to need service, besides an oil change. Way overpriced!

Avoid this dealership there are more like it. Dishonest, lazy, liars, that DO NOT service their vehicles. Bought a used truck from them and was there ALL day. Kept asking for status (to sign papers) and kept getting the run around. The employees were sitting around at the managers desk. Going outside to vape and gez Z acting like I was their bro. I came from out of town 5 weeks later im still waiting for my plates and keys they said ill get mailed. The truck Maintenace oil and fuel were reset and I was told they did all maintenance prior to selling. That was a lie. 300 miles later I changed the fuel filter (both black) and the oil (jet black). Got oil sample back from blackstone labs and they said the oil had more than 10k miles on it and there were signs of brass and metal in it. This is from lack of oil change and maintenance. They said to send another sample after 6k miles. Dealership assured me everything on the truck was checked and changed and in excellent condition.I dont recommend working with Nick and Hunter. Nick is a "bruh" who is not professional and will tell you what you want to hear to get a sale. Continuously leave the buyer to go vape outside and joke around with fellow workers. Talks to you like your a bro.Hunter is a "manager" that wastes your time and makes you wait. I waited hours to sign papers with the finance person. Hours later Hunter himself came for me to sign on a tablet. This could have been done hours ago instead of joking around and watching me wait. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP

June 2023 by Ashlee E.
If I could give a negative star review I would. I bought a Nissan Sentra from them back in May of 2020 and sold it to car max September of 2022. It is now June of 2023 and I have yet to receive my refund for the gap cancellation. I called countless amount of times, gone in person many times, and even spoken to their GM and signed with him all to be told over and over again when I call weeks later for an update that the paperwork hasn't been signed or submitted. I went back in person to deal with this and was extremely surprised to find out that Daniel Gamez, who up until now had been failing to do his job in getting me my refund has been PROMOTED and is working at another location. I updated the new finance manager Steven Medsger and was assured, that I would be taken care of and the gap refund would be submitted, but it might take a couple of days because Steven has been having to catch up because apparently there are many customers with issues like mine. That was two weeks ago and here we are going through the same cycle of trying to get in contact with the finance manager, having my information written down at the front desk when he doesn't answer, being told he'll get back to me by a certain day- all to no avail. Finally I got in touch with Steven today at 5:00 p.m after calling 4 times and was told that the gap cancellation was done "when I went in" which was May 27th. I didn't send the new signed document until June second... how was it sent in may 27th if he didn't have the signed document that day. I think he's lying about that because he isn't able to provide proof or a confirmation that the document was submitted. This is unacceptable. I will be taking legal action if this isn't resolved within the week.

James is cool but I just bought a car (not a mini) that needed replacement of an engine after three weeks of having it (aug2-aug25) plus waited an additional two-three weeks after buying it (July 13-aug2) because they said they were removing the reason the check engine light was on. Now I have to wait a month just to get it back after this replacement. Guess the mechanics aren't up to standards good snacks in the vending machines tho tbf.

Hands down best dealership in the Houston area. We called at 15 mins to close and Keith the GM assured us time was not an issue. Tanner our salesperson meet us at the door and took us right over to meet Keith. The vehicle was already pulled up to the door for a test drive. Paperwork was a breeze and we drove out of there in under 45 mins trade in booked, test drive over, contract signed, and keys in hand. First class job guys. Thank you for taking care of us. Rob Y

AutoNation, Mini of the Woodlands,Today, 04/21/2022 at 3:11 p.m., I received a call from AutoNation, Mini of the Woodlands, regarding the check I gave to them on the 16thof March, in purchase of the 2015 Ford F250. The check amount was for $25,000 dollars. Once all the paperwork was done, the amount owed for my vehicle was $17,199.63. I informed Danny, in finance, that they owed me the balance, which was $7800.37. He informed me that they would send the amount owed back to my bank, Navy Federal Credit Union. As stated, I received a call from the manager of AutoNation, Kevin Marino, stating that I need to call them regarding my check. Once I call, Mr. Marino stated that they have not cashed my check yet and that my credit union stated I needed to call them because of the difference in payment. I immediately called my bank. It has been 36 days since purchase. At 3:45, 04/21/2022, I called my bank and spoke with them regarding this issue. I informed them that AutoNation stated they have not received any funds and I was just finding out a few minutes ago. After investigation on the credit unions part, they sent me a copy of the cashed check for the full amount of $25,000 that AutoNation had deposited and cleared on the 23rd of March, 7 days after purchase.I immediately contacted AutoNation at 4:06, 04/1/2022, and of course, no one could be found. However, while on the phone with a salesman, at 4:12, Danny, Finance Director, calls me. So I accepted the call. Danny tells me that he just got a copy of the cashed check from accounting. How is it that they didn't know the check was cashed? Wouldn't they have checked prior to calling me? Danny informs me he will check on how to return this money owed to me and call me back. At 4:12, Danny called me back and stated he could FedEx the check to me or I could come by and pick it up from their location once he has the check. I informed him I would come by and pick it up.This has been the most terrible experience I have ever had with buying a vehicle. They have been dishonest, misleading, showed no integrity and definitely no pride in their work. I have yet to get my vehicle repaired, understanding there is a back log of parts, and it has been over a month since I have received any registration, transfer of tags, ANYTHING!!!! I can't believe this is how they do business. I don't see why their home office isn't investigating the corruptness going on. Maybe no one is persistent or they think it will do no good. In this time of our nation, you would think if you spend almost $48,000 on a vehicle, they would want to take care of you, not advantage of you.I just want what is owed to me, nothing more, nothing less. Fix my truck, give me my money and register my vehicle. Please do something!!!Customer Service Relations,I am writing once again of my sever displeasure and disappointment of AutoNation, Mini of the Woodlands. I have been very patient up to this point and I believe now it is time for legal action. Not only did I receive a truck that was damaged, there seems to be missing money that is owed to me, sent in a previous email to you.On 04/22/2022, I was in the area of AutoNation, Mini of the Woodlands, so I decided to call in regards to the $7800.37 check that AutoNation owes me after they stated the check I gave them was never cashed. I called Danny, Finance Director, at 1:51 pm, in regards to me coming by and picking up the check. Danny stated he had to ask about the check and to give him a couple minutes and he would call me back. I waited approximately 29 minutes and received no call from Danny. I called again at 2:20 pm, and wouldn't know it, caller ID and Danny doesn't answer. I leave him a voice mail regarding he doesn't know how to tell time, and ask him to call me. It is now Monday morning, April 25, 2022, at 10:43 am, and I have yet to hear from Danny. So I will file another complaint with the Better Business Bureau because apparently there is some shady business dealings going on at this dealership and the corporate office doesn't car

Buyer beware! Buyer beware! Especially if you're considering buying from this dealership from out of state! This is the worst service we have ever experienced. I never knew it would a freaking nightmare dealing with this dealership over this vehicle.. After a long process, we waited patiently to finally get our 2016 Smart For Two. If you're looking for a vehicle that will be reliable without any problems this place is NOT for you! This dealer stated that this vehicle is clean without any problems! We had it shipped over from Texas to California. The price wasn't cheap either, it gave us no choice but to keep the car due to the amount that was spent by my wife to have it transferred over.. This car was also too expensive for the amount of damages that we found by me and mercedes benz. We were betrayed immensely and I am still looking for answers!! I had requested to speak to the general manager multiple times when I had asked Daniel Gamez! Daniel refused to have me speak with the general manager multiple times and I told him that the vehicle is nearly garbage because of the way it had arrived from Texas. Daniel is extremely unprofessional!! It's a shame that Mini of woodlands (Especially that it was supposedly inspected by Autonation) would send us a vehicle in this condition. We were verbally told by Brian that the vehicle was clean and with no problems. The title of this vehicle comes out as "Clean Title". I have suspected that the vehicle already had problems the day after my vehicle had arrived, I decided to contact Brian and Daniel. I have called more than 50 times asking the staff to have them call me back regarding all of the issues. We never got a response.. I also had called Daniel directly and continously kept getting to his voice-mail! The next two days after receiving the vehicle I decided to take it to my local mercedes benz dealer for an inspection. There is a quite significant amount of problems revealed and I received no call back to address this issue!! Even my advisor at Mercedes-Benz had a very difficult time getting a hold of them. Finally, when they had responded they came to an agreement to pay some of the repairs (but, not all) that the vehicle needed. During the time for the request, Daniel stated that he needed the approval for those funds to be honored. Even then that took place, it took them a very long time. We waited patiently for this vehicle to arrive. We are still left with tons of damages that were made to this car. When I inspected the car (not all the way)theres plenty of evidence that this vehicle had gone through some sort of submersion in water. Also, there has been leakage from some of the seals of this car.. It has been raining here and the car has strange gaps in the door areas.. Here are the images below (Some were confirmed by Mercedes): Transmission noise and rattling, faulty suspension, rust in most areas,, broken plastic parts and covers,, faulty alternator etc.. Now I have to be stuck with these repairs. This vehicle has been without a valid registration since January 2022. This vehicle has NOT been registered and the smog has failed miserably. They have been contacted to also address this issue by a staff from out of state purchases in Autonation. The representative emailed them multiple times, and its been weeks and they still haven't responded!! The staff in this establishment is at fault if I end up getting cited for no registration in this vehicle!!! The staff should be ashamed of themselves!!! I need answers ASAP!!! If you're the GM of this facility please do NOT call my wife. Daniel From Woodlands is taking Major advantages of my wifes leniency. He's avoiding my calls because I am very firm with this!!! We need to speak regarding this vehicle ASAP!!! I write this for those to avoid this place at all costs! Go elsewhere! If you're considering to buying from out of state, avoid!!! This is false advertisement!!!

We received such an exceptional customer service on the phone with Frannnie that I was compelled to drive all the way from Sugarland to Woodlands. The service manager Mark gave us similar stellar experience in servicing my mini with quick turn-around time and answering all my questions. Highly recommend bringing your mini here for any service and/or repair needs.
