If I could rate this no stars I would. Do not get your car serviced here. I took my car in for an oil change and they said I had $10,000 worth of repairs that need to be fixed. I started looking for new cars and finally decided to get a second opinion from a mechanic. There is nothing wrong with my car. $10,000 worth of repairs for nothing to be wrong with my car. Don't trust these people.

Extremely satisfied with the service I received. Love my 2021 GMC Terrain bought from the dealer and my family’s enjoying it so much.Being new to the States and purchasing my first vehicle, a colleague hooked me up with Brian.That was Wednesday. Brian had the vehicle at the dealership by the next day. We went in for inspection and test drive on Friday. I drive the vehicle home on Saturday and it’s been servicing my family very well.Brian’s the best salesman I’ve had the pleasure of dealing with so far, both in my home country and here.He was very professional but yet courteous. Knowing I was new here, some salesman would’ve tried to milk me. Not the case with Brian.He is a fine gentleman and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone.In fact I have recommended a colleague, in a similar situation as me to him.Thank you Brian and Team ??Satisfied GMC Terrain Owner.

I was scheduled for my first oil change for my Mini. It wasn’t busy on this particular day so I was in and out in about an hour. I just sat in the waiting area. Paloma kept me informed about his work on my Mini and even sent me a little video to let me see when he was finished with his general walkthrough and changing the oil.The customer service was great. I love doing business with Mini of the Woodlands!

Extremely Disappointing Experience - Avoid This DealershipI recently visited MINI of The Woodlands to get an oil change for my beloved Mini Cooper. Unfortunately, my experience with this dealership has left me extremely disappointed and frustrated.First and foremost, I ended up paying over $2000.00 for services that included new brakes and a new battery. While I understand that Mini Cooper maintenance can be on the pricey side, I expected quality service and attention to detail for the cost.What made matters worse was the condition in which I received my car. To my shock and dismay, when I got my Mini Cooper back, there was a noticeable scratch on it that was not there when I initially left the car. The scratch was very evident and detracted from the overall appearance of my vehicle.To address this issue, I approached the dealership's staff, and they offered to fix the scratch by painting over it. However, their solution was far from satisfactory. Instead of properly repairing the damage, they simply applied white paint over the scratch, leaving me with a glaring white mark on my car. This lackluster attempt at rectifying the situation only added to my frustration and disappointment.I cannot, in good conscience, recommend MINI of The Woodlands to anyone seeking quality service and professionalism. My experience here has been nothing short of a letdown, from the exorbitant charges for basic maintenance to the shoddy repair work and unprofessional handling of the scratch issue.As a result of this experience, I will be actively seeking another service provider for my Mini Cooper's future maintenance needs. I value my vehicle and the investment I have made in it, and I believe it deserves better care and attention than what I received at this dealership.I will be attaching pictures of the scratch and the unsatisfactory paint job to this review as evidence of my unfortunate experience. In the meantime, I strongly advise potential customers to explore other options for their automotive service needs, as MINI of The Woodlands has left me deeply unsatisfied and disappointed.

I called to scheduled an oil change and tire rotation for my 2020 Mini and found the staff was pleasant and knowable.I drop it off 1 hour before my schedule time and the staff was friendly and took the time to explain to my wife and I on what was needed, per the service requirements that the vehicle was asking for, that's when we found out just how smart these cars are. We left it not knowing just how things would go. You know some dealership are all about the $$$, not this one we received a notification with a video of a walkaround of our vehicle from the tech preforming the service of your vehicle. He introduced his self and walked around our vehicle explaining what he recommend and did not recommend and that the car was ready for pickup. Then we received a call from the service adviser asking what time we would be by to pickup our vehicle so they could have up front when arrived. They even hand washed our Mini at no charge. We we using a different dealership but not anymore!! We will return to Mini of the Woodlands for sure.You won us over. Great job.

I have bought many cars at 71 years old but NEVER been treated as I was with the purchase of my new Mini. Dustin Anderson and James Fife Jr. both when beyond what was excepted. There was absolutely no pushing me for the sale at all. They were completely trying to answer my questions and making sure I got the car I wanted. I called the afternoon before having a trip to leave on the next morning with NO intention of buying the car that day because I had this trip on my mind. We started talking about finances and the price of the car at about 4 pm. I explained there was not enough time before my leaving the next morning to complete the paperwork and purchase of the car. I was very pleased at how smoothly everything went as I stated the easiest and actually a FUN experience buying the car. Now this again goes way beyond anything I have ever seen. Dustin and James themselves delivered the new car to my home at 7 pm that night before I left town the next morning. I have never had service this good on any car buying event in my life. If you are looking for a new or pre-owned Mini please go see them at Mini of the Woodlands. Great job guys and I so much appreciate the way I was taken care of and love my new Mini.

Mini of the Woodlands is fantastic! I purchased my first car from Mini of the Woodlands, and when I decided I wanted another Mini, I knew where to go. Everyone was nice and welcoming. James is awesome. He made the process so easy, and when it came to signing the papers, Stephen was great! Both James and Stephen were kind and created a great experience. I love my new Mini!

I have wanted a Mini Cooper for about forever. Life always guided us to a different vehicle. About a week ago, I came across the website for Mini of the Woodlands. I saw my next vehicle on Saturday night. Monday morning I called the store, and spoke with Ms. Hunter, my salesperson, she was excellent and very customer centric, invited us down for the necessary test drive. As soon as we returned to the store, we started the process of purchasing the vehicle. Given that they have a ONE PRICE POLICY, the process became simple. And we drove an exceptional vehicle home. I recommend Mini of the Woodlands and Ms. Hunter to any and all looking.

The only reason I take my car here is because it's closer to me than other locations. It's difficult to get your car service if you didn't buy warranty from them. They never have any loaner cars for you. Don't tell me loaner cars are "reserved" 10-15 days in advance. You can't predict when your car is going to need service, besides an oil change. Way overpriced!

I had great experience at MINI of The Woodlands, all thanks to the outstanding individuals who made it possible. Steven from Financial Services and Aaron from Sales truly went above and beyond to ensure my car-buying process was smooth and enjoyable. I'll certainly keep this dealership in mind for all my future car-buying needs.

Avoid this dealership there are more like it. Dishonest, lazy, liars, that DO NOT service their vehicles. Bought a used truck from them and was there ALL day. Kept asking for status (to sign papers) and kept getting the run around. The employees were sitting around at the managers desk. Going outside to vape and gez Z acting like I was their bro. I came from out of town 5 weeks later im still waiting for my plates and keys they said ill get mailed. The truck Maintenace oil and fuel were reset and I was told they did all maintenance prior to selling. That was a lie. 300 miles later I changed the fuel filter (both black) and the oil (jet black). Got oil sample back from blackstone labs and they said the oil had more than 10k miles on it and there were signs of brass and metal in it. This is from lack of oil change and maintenance. They said to send another sample after 6k miles. Dealership assured me everything on the truck was checked and changed and in excellent condition.I dont recommend working with Nick and Hunter. Nick is a "bruh" who is not professional and will tell you what you want to hear to get a sale. Continuously leave the buyer to go vape outside and joke around with fellow workers. Talks to you like your a bro.Hunter is a "manager" that wastes your time and makes you wait. I waited hours to sign papers with the finance person. Hours later Hunter himself came for me to sign on a tablet. This could have been done hours ago instead of joking around and watching me wait. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP

When buying a car it's pretty hard to know who to trust, ESPECIALLY when you're a first time buyer and easy to take advantage of. That fear was immediately eliminated when I contacted Aaron at MINI of the Woodlands. Aaron took amazing care of me and walked me through everything; added fees, the carfax, payment plans and how the apr works, even helped me set up my new mini. He went above and beyond and even helped look into the carfax of the other cars I was looking at! GO TO AARON!!

After 6 months of car shopping I was finally able to say yes to my dream car! Couldn’t have made it happen without Nick P. Throughout the months I was getting very frustrated with the lack of respect from multiple car salesman, not nick! He actually restored my faith, me being 19 he treated me as if I was anyone else! Spoke to me about the car and the deal going on (even though my mother was there). Throughout the process he was constantly telling jokes, and making the whole process enjoyable, unlike other dealerships. When it was time for the final payment and pricing, Steven the financial manager made sure I got the absolute best deal possible and didn’t try to nickel and dime me for everything! He was completely honest and told me straight to my face what he would recommend and what he wouldn’t. I would recommend everyone to buy their car here! No matter if you want a mini or any other brand they make sure they are all in pristine condition and don’t sell you a lemon!
