I had the best experience with Mobility City of Mont. County!! Their customer service was excellent! My mom ordered a new hospital bed and they drove out of their way to deliver it and set it up. My mom is so happy with her new bed, and so is my lower back! Thank you, Mobility City, for providing 5-Star service!

Excellent service from shopping to purchase. Jeannie was extremely helpful in answering questions and providing information to the selection of devices. The owner was also extremely helpful with information about various aspects of the devices and options. I highly recommend Mobility City!

The staff, the products, the service are all first class. They are so helpful and friendly and give you the information you need to make a decision. All of these products were foreign to me this time last year and now I'm comfortable with the equipment my husband has and super pleased with service and support. Prompt attention to my needs. Had needed replacement item in stock which was super! Offered exchange if it didn't work once I got home. No return needed as item worked as I needed.Definitely will keep them in mind if other medical items needed in the future

Great service with repairs on the spot for minor issue, the employees are very helpful as we asked questions about certain chairs and bathroom equipment. I highly recommend this place for repairs and questions about Walkers/Chairs. Overall will come back again soon
