Great customer service. Very friendly staff. Excellent in communication. I was provided an update on my truck almost daily. My truck looks new again. They even washed it before I picked it up. Highly recommend.

This is a very unprofessional business. I received poor communication on when my vehicle would be ready. Multiple times I called asking for an update and received a promise for them to call back with an answer which was rarely fulfilled. It felt like reasoning with a middle school child who does not care at all and will just lie to your face to end the conversation. Finally when my vehicle was ready, I had to reason with the owner for over an hour to cover my Uber bills I had while waiting for the delay on my vehicle. When it comes to the quality of their work, it was also equally as bad. My key fob was broken and tie down hooks in the bed of my truck had to be replaced. On top of that the inside of my vehicle was a mess. I had scratches/tears left on the seats and console, many stains on the rest of the interior, molding sitting water, and everything was just generally covered in filth. This all points back to management/ownership, if they cared about leaving the vehicles they serviced in the condition they received them in this would not happen. The technicians would know this work is unacceptable, but they don’t and just try to skate by with as little care as possible. It was laughable that the owner argued with me for so long about the quality and professionalism of their work, and then I literally walked out to my vehicle and it was in that condition. In summation I would not recommend this place to anyone because of their poor management/ownership and lack of care for their customer’s vehicles.

**HORRIBLE SERVICE – AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS**
I initially brought my car to CarStar for repairs after it was damaged in a hurricane. I expected a professional job, but what I got was far from it. They took a ridiculous three weeks to complete minor repairs—three weeks for what should have been a simple fix!
When I finally got my car back, I was shocked by the awful work they did. There were specks of white paint all over my black vehicle, and to make matters worse, they ruined the wiring for my window. Now, every time I roll it down, it makes a weird noise. This place does jenkee work, plain and simple.
To make matters even worse, the lady at the front desk has a terrible attitude. Her passive-aggressive demeanor is completely unprofessional, and calling customers "baby" and "sweetie" is unacceptable. I'm not your baby; I'm a paying customer. The way she treated me added insult to injury.
I dropped my car off first thing Monday morning at 8:00 AM and was told they’d take an hour to look at it and call me back. Three hours later, my car was still sitting untouched in the same spot I left it. After being extremely frustrated, I told them I’d take my car to Crash Champions, a place I know does amazing work. Only then did they start rushing to finish the job, but by that time, the damage was done.
I spoke to the owner about the issues, but they didn’t seem concerned at all. I should have read the awful reviews before taking my car here—apparently, this place is known for being an awful repair shop. It’s clear these unprofessional mechanics don’t care about your vehicle.
If you want a good repair shop, go to Crash Champions in Spring. Don’t waste your time and money at CarStar.

Great repairs, communication & quality work! Was easy to turn in my rental car at their location rather then having to drive it back to Enterprise, very convenient! Before & after pics attached. *Update- after driving at night, I then realized my headlights were never adjusted. One was pointing at the sky. Not a big deal, just took a screw driver on my car to adjust but may want to ask before leaving to be sure it was completed.

This is one of the few places where you drop your car, they ask you to pick it up in 3 days and when you return in 3 days your car is ready. You can rely on them keeping their word.

I Highly recommend and will use them again. This place of business is one of the most professional places I been to. I knew everything that was going on with my car they also got done in a reasonable amount of time. It was nice doing business with them.
