I went to Montgomery Automotive for the first time. I need an inspection, but had a engine light on, very accommodating in fixing the why and explained what to do in order for me to get inspection done. Will be going back for future Automotive care.

Scheduled appointment for alignment they honored that appointment and aligned my car , which was not correct it still pulled to the right and steering wheel was not straight, I made another appointment for last Saturday at 10:30 am when I arrived they had another vehicle on the rack and said they couldn’t get to me. Didn’t call me ahead of time. I drove thirty miles to get there wrong corrected . They didn’t call me today to see if they could help me. They don’t know how to align a front end and have very poor customer service skills , buyer beware.

Clean shop, honest mechanics and fair pricing. My family moved to Montgomery a few years ago, and recently found Montgomery Automotive and plan to use them to service our cars moving forward.

Very good. Second visit is the charm. Nice clean facility. Friendly staff. Charge 3% for paying with a card. If They make a mistake they make it right. Enough said.
