I needed to rent a storage unit for my neighborhood HOA, and this was the location we chose. Talked to Bryan on the phone several times, and he was very detailed and patient as I asked questions. Went in to the office to fill out paperwork and get started, and Miss Donna was very pleasant, patiently explained the paperwork I was filling out, and once that was all done, was a wonderful guide as she showed me where my storage unit was.
All in all, this has been a fantastic experience, and I plan to utilize this as our storage unit for the foreseeable future!!

With all the 5 stars, you would think this location was absolutely spectacular sadly not my experience with this storage location. Very attractive externally, but internally, the staff is absolutely dismissive and rude. Communication after storing my extra items for well over a years time lacked unfortunately leading me to remove and restore else where. Changing initial policies randomly which I would not have known if I didn't call in, only to be told, well, I don't think management has to tell you that by the front desk clerk. Old School, when it comes to the leasing paperwork I literally had to go in during their business hours and sign documents, but only this location, I noticed everyone else has online options. They also do not pro rate rent. You have to be in and out at the 1st of the month or be expected to pay the entire monthly rate. Just those few things made me not a fan among they way management handled me as a customer, so no, I do not feel 5 Stars is warranted here.

Great and clean storage unit. We moved and the management was great working with us on getting our stuff moved out of the unit. Definitely a place who will keep your stuff safe

Not only did I get in on a great promotion but, BRIAN is the MAN! 🙏
I was in a rush on my lunch break, and he sensed my girlfriend and I’s urgency while still making sure we had seen the unit, as well as given and received all the proper information needed. Not to mention that the entire facility is spotless, so clean! THANK YOU BRIAN W🙏

Met with Brian who showed me around the facility and gave me choices of a roll up or door style storage unit. He was very friendly, helpful and explained everything cohesively. Feels like a great choice!
