Motor Flex recently replaced the motor in my Ford F-150. While the repair took longer than expected, the delay was due to an issue with the motor that came directly from the Ford dealership—not the shop’s fault. Despite rising costs, Ricky was fair and transparent throughout the process. He and his team went above and beyond to make sure I got my truck back in good working condition. I appreciated their commitment to doing the job right. Highly recommend Motor Flex for honest service and quality work.

The worst experience at a shop I have ever had!!! Took my truck for an Engine rebuild. On the way home transmission started slipping due to them, not topping off the fluid. He tried to come up with every excuse that it wasn’t his fault. There was so many other issues with the engine work itself that the truck had to go back anyway, and he said he will cut me a deal on a transmission rebuild. Got the truck back again months later. He charged me for batteries and fuel pump and that did not even fix one of the issue flooding the motor with fuel and draining the battery. I had to fix that myself And then engine started losing oil pressure and had leaks from front and rear main seals. I had to get the truck back to him again and now it’s been months without a response from calls or text. I would never recommend this shop to anybody. Very poor quality of work and he is full of nothing but lies and excuses. Very unprofessional!!!

Great service and competitive rates! They are always able to help with whatever I need for my scat pack or truck and can get my vehicles done quickly. The dealership tried to charge me double what they quoted me at. I will always go here and highly recommend their service!

Business is very unprofessional. My car got worked on for like 2 months straight, I wasn’t given no update unless I personally called to see what was going on with my vehicle. It was one point where the owner stop returning my calls and lied and said my dad told him not to update me on MY vehicle which was a lie..

Enrique and his team are the guys to go to! Took care of my car after having mechanics before try to rip me of my money. Honesty and good work is hard to come by these days but thankfully I was able to find that here! Definitely my go to mechanic shop for all my automotive needs.
