They will cross thread all of your lug nuts and studs, damage your car, and not take accountability. Seeing the other reviews here about their untrustworthiness I realize we should have never come here. It's very sad when you want to support small businesses and they conduct themselves in this was because it hurts all small businesses.

Stopped by at 5:50 pm needing a tire replaced today. I was told that they were already closed! The young guy also agreed with me that the tire definitely needed to be replaced since the steel belts were showing. I told them I had cash, but the older gentleman refused to put another tire on for me. They have lost my business completely!! If you close at 6pm.... stay open and service your customers until 6pm!!
Replying to Mr Cruz..... maybe you should put your business hours until 5:30 if you and your employees dont want to have customers until 6pm!! There was a tire shop right around the corner, that was more than happy to have my business!! In fact I didnt just get 1 tire from them, I ended up getting 2 tires replaced!!
CENTROAMERICA TIRE SHOP was more than happy for my business, and will have all my business in the future!! Please continue to do your business as you wish!!

Pure false advertisement and if you would love to be scammed at your money just go ahead and call to make sure that the price is going to change when you get there I would not waste my time on this place

Went in to get a tire replaced, the worker suggested replacing a different tire so that it would have the proper rim displaying, I agreed thinking they would just swap the tire for me but I suppose I should have asked but I assumed they had taken into account that I had asked for a different tire to be replaced. That's what I get for agreeing and assuming.
I needed my spare replaced because it had a knot and was leaking air due to a nail and was actually in worse condition which I had explained to the worker. Once they changed the tire, I asked if they could put the old tire on the other rim so I would have a spare and they refused because both tires were in bad shape. But at least that one held air and had been patched and didn't have a knot in it and about to blow out. They didn't have a second tire in the right size and wouldn't put the better tire on for me leaving me with no workable spare before a major trip which was the whole reason I came.
They did circle the problems with the spare, that I had asked them to replace originally. So I could at least pull the nail out and plug it myself but now I have a spare with a bubble forming that shakes my whole van which they said was fine for a short distance but like I told the employee I drive for a living and I need the better tire on a rim like I had originally asked. But I ended up in a worse position by the time I left and an extra $130 added to my bill at the dealership.
I went to price tires at discount tire and found out the tire they gave me wasn't even rated for the weight of my vehicle. So essentially I ended up with an unsafe tire that wasn't rated for my vehicle that I will have to replace, and was told they couldn't replace the tire I asked for because it was bad and unsafe, and they didn't have another tire in that size and they wouldn't even patch it or swap it after changing the tire on a rim I didn't need replaced immediately leaving me in the same position I was in when I came and a bigger bill than before.
I actually wouldn't be upset at all if it was on the right rim because it would get me where I needed to go. But having used the excuse that the tires weren't safe to plug, while giving me a tire that isn't safe for my vehicle is a bad look. Leaving me in the same position with an improper tire and not fixing the problem I came to resolve is a bad look. Leaving me without a proper spare and replacing a tire that is still workable and leaving me with one that is unusable except in the worst of situations is a bad look.
Right now I am stuck with another flat and no proper spare to make any money to get another tire because what I asked for wasn't done in the first place.
They came highly recommended by people I know and trust but this experience will keep me from ever going back. When I need a service done, I need it done. If they weren't willing to do what I needed they should have been up front about that instead of changing it up and refusing to fix what I asked.
I would have purchased 5 tires through them, but based on this experience and my situation of being stranded without a spare to make income, they will get their 1 tire and that's it.
They didn't even offer to order the right size of tire, they simply told me they didn't have anymore and didn't know when they would get more in. The whole ordeal was a bad experience and me being stranded because of that experience makes it even worse. I could have saved my money and been in the same position I am in right now.

Long time customer. Purchased tires two weeks ago. One of the, “New” tires split all the way down the center and nearly blew out. Returned to Mr Cruz and requested replacement tire. They did not offer a warranty nor did they offer a discount. Due to my emergency situation, I felt taken advantage of. I paid the full price of $130 for a replacement tire. This is bad business.

Been using Mr Cruz for a very long time. I purchased a “New Tire” from Mr Cruz 2 weeks ago, and the tire split in half! Mr Cruz would not honor the defect and insisted no discount and that I pay full price for a new tire. I felt taken advantage of as the situation was an emergency or I would have immediately taken my business elsewhere. Look at this tire! This is extremely poor business ethic. Didn’t even offer a discount.

They steal from people, they want to charge whatever they want, they say that the patches cost 15 and the plug costs 10, and for a plug they charged my wife 20, eye race.

Don’t buy a tire from them. They are scam artists. They tell you one price and then give you another price especially if your a Black female . I got a flat tire today and was told it could be patched , another man walks up starts speaking Spanish to the man and now it can’t be I need replace the tire . I ask how much the man says 73 dollars and since im using a card it’s going to be 75 dollars . I say okay and thy put the tire on. It’s time to pay and I’m given a receipt for 81.18 , I asked how when he said it was 73 dollars and the man tells me it’s Tax. Please do not do business with people like them. You see a mother with a car full of children and decide to take advantage it’s disgusting,.

They had the 18” tire I needed and for 1/3 the price of a new one. It took 5 minutes. Nice folks!
