Today I went to Keating Nissan to have my Altima appraisal done. I already knew they would offer the lowest price available, which is funny because other dealers offered MORE. However, the appraisal was not the issue. I have a buyer already which I sold independently. The 1 star review was the "appraisal manager ". I wish that I would have taken the associate that helped me, because he is not the problem, so I'm trying to make it very CLEAR who the problem is with. The appraisal manager was VERY unfriendly. The associate gathered my information and brought to the so called manager. The manager walked out of his office with my keys and went to my car. He did not speak , did not make eye contact, did not introduce himself, he DID NOTHING. He walked back into office after I guess the appraisal, walked passed me AGAIN without a greeting , a "give me a few minutes, a hand shake saying who he is , NOTHING.Once he offered an extremely LOW price , which again other dealers offered 2800 MORE, he told to the associate and the associate told me the offer. I think he was extremely RUDE and in my opinion, should be FIRED. If he's having a bad morning, then who cares because he work's customer service and customer service is supposed to at least acknowledge a potential customer. That bad experience even if he offered a decent amount, I still wouldn't have taken it due to his bad attitude. I arrived early when they opened, the 2 guy associates did what they were supposed to do which is at least acknowledge the person with whom they are dealing with. I don't know how he got the position of "manager ". Because for all I know he could have been some random guy who took my keys to my Altima Which also had the keys to my Porsche attached. Nissan should fire him and hire one of the men in the office , they seem yo know the concept of customer service.

My family's second purchase of a vehicle from them, we went from a 2019 Nissan kick to a 2021 Nissan rouge for a larger family vehicle. We worked with Danny and David and the experience was top notch. Would definitely recommend them to friends and family.

Would give this dealership 0 stars if I could took my car to have the front driver window inspected due to it not working was willing to pay the $175 for the diagnosis. Brought it in first thing in the morning at 7 am called every couple of hours for updates which they couldn't give me any updates. At 11 am I called again to which I was told it took 3 hours to remove the ductape off of the window that was keeping it in place. 3 hours to remove a minimal amount of ductape is ridiculous in itself. But ok I was still willing to work with them 4 pm rolled around and they finally called and told me what was wrong which they said the regulator was broken and needing to be replaced to which I told them to put it back together because I couldn't afford to pay $800-$900 in order to replace the regulator they denied to claiming safety liability issues. I got to the dealership at about 5:20pm they had the window in the backseat and the regulator broken in the passenger seat no invoice for the repairs and still demanded $175 for the diagnosis. To which I told them they wouldn't get a penny from me since they couldn't put it back the way it was when I brought the car in. I ordered the parts online and a new window for under $150 and will DIY the window/window regulator

Nissan has too many issues with their cvt engines to even be worth what the dealer charged for the car here...paid off and sold the piece of crap and have been trying to get my gap policy refunded but not one phone call to make the payment back to me...thieves!!! Don't buy here!!! Buy elsewhere where you will get treated better

Terrible communication from sales reps, to customers. I was jerked around for a week trying to get the value for my trade in. When I finally got the value by demanding another sales rep, the vehicle I had hoped to purchase had been sold. This place is a joke. They have good prices but you get what you pay for!!

Was in last week to have a couple of warranty issues fixed as well as an oil change and tire rotation. Makayla was my service advisor and she had me in and out in less than 10 minutes. When I picked it up, same thing, in and out. Everything was fixed and completed, excellent service!
