I can't understand why The lady Sarah who checked me out was sitting on her butt, playing on her phone doing nothing, while there was a young man who went above his duties to help my grandson, and other customers? You can clearly see who doesn't do anything at this place! People like this should not work for such a wonderful place to make it look bad! I love Northern Tool!

We were looking for scaffolding and found the perfect one at Northern Tool! I ordered it online with accessories. When it arrived at the Conroe location, Brecklin, called me to let me know that it was damaged by a forklift, most likely.
To save you all from a very long story, this manager, Brecklin, went above and beyond any large box store would've EVER done. This scaffolding was the very last of its kind, yet, after great effort on his part, we have it fixed!!! What a wonderful experience that was!!! Thank you sooo much!!! My husband LOVES it!!! And you were so kind to me...

I visited this tool supply chain after a disappointing experience with another one that had poor customer service — and I’m so glad I did! The service here was excellent. I was offered a discount for signing up for a store credit card, and the gentleman helping us even went above and beyond by unboxing and helping research the tool we were buying. Huge thanks to the team — you all really treat customers right! I definitely recommend this chain. It’s clear they value their customers!
