I went here after work without an appointment for a punctured tire. I was helped immediately by Jaime, and my tire was screw-free, patched up, and ready to go within an hour. Very affordable price and great customer service. I'll definitely come back in the future for tire issues.

Jaime and his team went above and beyond for me. I came in because my breaks were failing and had a horrible grinding noise as well as the break pedal going all the way to the floor with almost no resistance. It turned out that the bolt in the caliper had not been installed correctly and had completely sheared off. The caliper was wide open and scraping the inside of the wheel. I am so glad that I did not lose all breaking power as I was coming up I-45 as we know how many accidents occur there every day!
Jaime saw that I had the brakes replaced a few months before at NTB in Deer Park Texas and that it was still under warranty. He repaired the caliper for no charge. I have to go to Deep Park to have them replace my damaged wheel so metal shavings do not get in the brakes. I appreciate Jaime taking care of the problem and hope Deer Park will be responsible to replace the damages as a result of their workmanship.

I came in 10 minutes before closing because my tire light came on. We found a nail too close to the side wall so it wasn’t repairable. I asked if they had my tire size in stock and they did. I’m now getting a new tire. Thank you, Jaime and the rest of your team.

Jaime provided amazing service during my visit. I unexpectedly had a flat tire just before travel into Houston. Jaime squeezed me into the schedule and got my tire repaired in under 30 minutes. I will definitely return to this location.

My friend had two bad tires so we loaded them up in my car and took them here. When my friend had called before going they had worked out a price. When we got to the location we were told that price didn’t include tax. Which was fair. But we were told because we brought the tires in another vehicle ( when we had no other choice) they would only do the service if we paid cash. If this is policy that needs to be changed. If it’s not they should be investigated
