I had really good service and a fair price from Shelby there who initially helped me on the phone and then had everything ready for me when arrived to have my tires replaced. I appreciate the great attitude, quality service of the techs and willingness to truly want to please their customers.

I was in town for a visit and I had issues with my vehicle. And I had to stop by national tire and batteryThe service. Manager Jeramy was amazing and took excellent care of me and got me on the road as soon as possible. Thank you so very much for your assistance. This is the most efficient tire change I have ever had. Marcus the manager was so helpful when I had another probelm and him and his team worked with me to figure it out when they didn’t have to- and fixed it. I will never go to another place to get new tires because of this. If you are looking to get your tires changed in the woodlands, look no further. This is the place.From an appreciative customer.

This place was a Godsent because I was driving into town for the National Championship Game and front driver side tire blew out on the inside. I was able to drive it right in and Jeremy and the team wasted absolutely no time getting my information as a 1st time customer and getting my vehicle in and inspected to ensure everything was good. The people, service and product all were the reason for this review and they together just made me a new NTB customer. Thanks Guys!

I walked into NTB around 1 PM on a Friday before the New Years weekend. I did not have an appointment and I was able to be seen and had my service completed within a hour and a half! I had a full synthetic oil change and tire rotation done. The staff was courteous and listened to what I needed to have done. I was not pressured into having other services performed, which was a pleasant change from other service centers. Thank you for doing a great job!
