It's a small store which means not much options to choose from when it comes to office furniture. I only go to this location because of deals and sales they offer on office supplies. Operations manager, Heather, is the best. She is helpful & knowledgeable of the products. She is aware of customers concern & diligent in resolving the issues in a timely manner. Whenever I visit the store, I'm always greeted from all staff don't matter if I dress in my comfy clothes or in my suit.

You can expect to walk into the store, see the products- but don't expect any help if you can't find what you're looking for. After waiting 10 minutes for the customer service lady to call someone to the area for assistance- no one showed up. My boss actually told me where to find what I needed. At check out the girl asked if I found everything I was looking for. I replied no and she simply smiled and said ok. Where has customer service gone? This is absolutely a management and training issue- a failure on their part.

I have tried and tried to be loyal to this store. NO MORE! I have used them for years and the last year has been just horrible. They either are out of paper or ink for the large printer (24x36). It is sad when service goes out the window because of poor planning.
