Espy was amazing in helping with my printing job! We were printing off several files/photos for my sisters wedding. She took time to make sure we were happy with the size, type of paper, etc. She helped give us recommendations too which we really appreciated! She was super positive and made us feel good about using Office Depot for such a big occasion!!

I was at this location today 05/03/2025. Espy was the person to assist me. She is extremely kind and patient. I was there for 2-3 hours.The whole time I was there she went beyond the call of duty to help me. Sometimes, people make you feel rush. However, she's not that person. Espy was polite and patient. She made sure my needs were met. A huge thanks to Office Depot and thumbs 👍🏾 up to Espy. She deserves more than a 5 star.

Pleasant visit. I’m assuming the gentleman that helped me the whole time was part of management. I was offered for my heavy item to be carried out by him and he was very polite and friendly the whole time.

I go here to get bulk printing/copy jobs done. The last two times, though, the alignment and ink quality was terrible. I just sent out Christmas letters, the back of which were tilted to the point that some of the corner text was cut off the margin. It's fast and convenient, and by far the least expensive option I've found nearby, but definitely lacking in quality. If I'm paying $0.20 for a copy, I at least want it to be straight.

Brian, a Mgr of some kind, refused to let me buy an assembled office chair. So I left and bought on Amazon for $25 cheaper 😂 Thanks Brian! It's people like you why you're going out of business buddy 👏🏼
I've bought these chairs for work, assembled at Office Depot multiple times. With a 10% or 15% assembly fee. But today it was a problem for some reason 🤷🏻♂️

Absolutely worst office Depot in Houston!!! The print shop manager on the morning of 10-16-24 could not do a single small print and bound, FedEx office was able to do wile waited. What a joke . Stay away.

I did the printing and services lamination, and they were SO sweet and did a rush job for me today! I dropped the booklet off and about 3 1/2 hours later they had it ready for me.
However, there was no attention to detail, unfortunately. The most important part of the papers were the middle pages, the map. I should have just cut it myself but they said that they have a paper cutter that would be more exact. I have 6 shops on this map now that are gone. Two or three area titles that are illegible now. I don't understand why they wouldn't see the middle of a booklet (where the information on it goes into the document margins) and cut it in half by hand? Or use a cutter that wouldn't take important information off? Seems like a small complaint, but for maps this kind of thing is crucial. I wasn't that upset about the front *and* back cover being folded and crumpled, but I am upset about the map. :(

Was at the local Office Depot in Conroe to pick up supplies. Looking for ink for various printers and not sure what I was looking for when AJ walked up to assist me. He was professional and friendly. I got what I needed and then AJ processed my purchase and walked me to my car to get cases of paper into the trunk. Thank you, AJ! I appreciate your help.

I'd like to recognize Kaitlyn(management) over in the printing department at Office Depot. Kaityln’s customer service was second to none. It’s rare for management to go the extra mile to assist customers but that wasn’t the case for Kaitlyn. My husband and I were both impressed with the level of service that we received. Kaityln we will continue to visit this location because of such great customer service. Thank you.
