Paid over $8K with an expected lead time of 4-8 weeks. Im on week 9 and still waiting on parts. I had to reach out to them as they provided no updates to only be told with an attitude that the estimated time of arrival is now late september. WILL NOT USE AGAIN.
Buy from someone else. I understand long lead times but they will promise one thing to get you to buy, then change it without letting you know.

I decided to order a front bumper for my 4runner and settled on ARB. They had it in stock which was great but at some point I decided I didn't like the looks of it and preferred the Shrockworks bumper. Offroad Alliance was cool enough to edit my order and get one from Shrockworks even though lead times were about 3-4months.Fast forward to 3mo later and rumors about Shrockworks are popping up and I'm getting a bit worried. I don't know how but the short of it is Offroad Alliance came thru and I got my bumper. Very lucky I'd say so a big shout out to Thomas Scheliga for all he did. It didn't really stop there as a few more bits were missing but again, Thomas was able to get me my last few items.Customer for life is all I'll say and thanks again guys.

Be careful..... Ordered headlights for my truck $1400. They did not work. Offraod had me contact the manufacturer of the lights. The mfg. Morimoto, acknowledged that there was a design error in the lights and they would not work. Took me 1 month going back and forth to get an RA to return them. The lights were returned, I have a proof of delivery... It has been a month and I still have not received a credit for the item. Filing a dispute with CC company now..... Very disappointing. There are so many good companies out there. It is not hard to do good business. I have been respectful and patient with this..... But really. Don't buy for these guys, until they better understand what customer service means.

Called and verified part was in stock, placed order online for leaf springs and the next day get an email they won’t send them to my shipping address because it’s different from billing address. I was having the parts sent to a friends house due to size. They refused to ship the springs because I would not prove that it was my buddies house by sending them a copy of his bills and drivers license. Told them to refund my money and I will go somewhere else.

This company will not replace any damaged products due to shipping unless you file it on the same day of receiving, including a picture, and tell them they are awesome. What a joke of a company taking the money of hard-working people.

Tom and the guys at the shop are awesome. I’ve spent countless times asking for opinions and recommendations even after hours and haven’t been steered wrong yet. Never been pressured to buy anytime I had questions either. I highly recommended them!!

On 05/21, I ordered some overland bed bars. The picture showed the mid height but description stated flat bars. The flat bars arrived. I emailed a request to exchange the flat for the mid-height and got an auto generated reply, "Closed for holiday weekend. Back in the shop Tuesday." On Tuesday I did not get a follow up or a reply to my email. I called on Wed 06/01 and spoke w/ Cody who pulled up the same item and was completely understanding stating himself that this picture shouldn't be showing mid height bars on a flat bar order. Cody was able to authorize free shipping for my return and told me I would receive a shipping label via email. He also generated a quote for an exchange and told me that as soon as the flat bars are received on his end, they could process and send me the correct bars. By 06/06, I still had not received the label. I emailed Cody and he got right back to me telling me he would check with the TX store who was to issue the label. 06/07 still no label and no email from Cody. I waited until 06/09, nothing. I called and Cody again told me he would check into it and get the label emailed to me. Apprehensive about waiting for emails again, I hung up. Within a couple hours, a shipping label was emailed. I mailed the flat bars back around 06/13. Eight days later, today, still nothing so I called again, heard "hello, hello" and then a hang up. I called back this time getting Josh. I explained things to him, he tried to transfer me to Cody and the phone hung up. I called back but this time chose a different phone option and landed with Chris. I told Chris that I had sent in a return and it should have been there and it was slated to be processed as an exchange for other bars. Chris told me, "I'm Chris, the owner, I'll check on that right now." Very encouraged thinking the owner meant right now while we're on the phone together since he is the owner, I said, "Ok" and there was silence. After a long pause, Chris said, "Ok, so I'll check on this right now and I'll send you an email." I then said almost verbatim, "Oh well since I got you right now. I've been back and forth on this thing like eight times probably now. Can we get this done right now on the phone?" Immediately, Chris's tone changed, very defensively he slowly, as if speaking to someone with a learning disability or someone you're fed up with but trying to remain professional with, stated, "Again, I'm Chris... the owner.... I don't know anything about this... I've never dealt with you... This is the first I'm hearing of this....and I will check on it right now and email you as soon as I find out." He was very specifically pausing between each sentence the way someone does when they're trying to deliberately be condescending as if someone can't listen without you speaking slowly and pausing between sentences. I've been in customer service on both sides for 25 years so this "professional" condescending tone is immediately clear to me. I politely and calmly said "I'm not trying to say anything about you or what you've done. I haven't dealt with you. You don't know what's going on and that's why I'm saying to you I've done this 8 or so times waiting for emails that don't come and I don't want to do this again so if there's any way we could do it right now while I have you on the phone. I don't need you to get defensive or upset or condescending that's not going to help anything." He then took a deep breath and, in the same exact tone and manner, said, "Again, I am the owner, I will put my hands on this right now. I have (...) as your phone number is that correct?" I stated it was. He then said, "Like I said, I will put my hands on this right now and reach out to you directly at this phone number as soon as I get an answer." I told him, "No that's not what you said and don't now try to c

I called the 800 number and nobody answered. I completed the contact form and the response was very slow at best to respond. I reached out because their website said a $4,000+ product I was planning to buy had three of my particular fitting in stock. I had been checking the site for the past several weeks with that same quantity showing in stock. In fact, their website said that there was no need to contact them to verify the item was in stock because their system is so accurate and up to date real time. I decided to contact them anyway to ask a few questions and to verify the item was in stock (eventhough the site said there was no need). After waiting, the representative responded saying they didn't see any of the item in stock. During the conversation, I was on the page it stated the stock quanity. So, I refreshed the page and it then said backordered to a date that was four months out. I caution anyone looking to spend money on their website that they verify an item is available before purchase even if the site says there is no need to contact them. I am going to assume that they look to obtain purchases and let you know after the fact that an item is backordered to get the sale. I later browsed on Google reviews to note I am not the only one to experience this issue. The representative stated that all three items must have just sold because they sell so fast. However, after watching the site for several weeks showing the same quantity and then before my eyes seeing the quantity change from three to backordered gives me great reservations about doing business with them. I can't help but think their business practices are less than honorable. I ran a brand agency for 16 years dealing with online business perception. To me, that kind of experience would be hard to overcome. I have also built more than 2000 websites and know that such an experience can not just be an oversight. I am an influencer that speaks to hundreds of thousands of people in the outdoor adventure space on YouTube. I will spend my $4,000+ with another dealer, even if the item is backordered there as well. That is a great deal of money to spend with the assumption an item is in stock when it actually is backordered more than 4 months. And, I prefer that purchase decision to be my own, not the retailers.[ In response to the owner response below: My concern is for the fact that their website stated they had the product in stock and that I needed not contact them to confirm the item was in stock due to their realtime inventory system. It took me contacting them anyway to confirm for them to update their site to say backordered.] In this day and age with technology systems, it's not an oversight, I must assume it's deliberate. And, further, for the owner to post my personal contact information below is additional reason not to trust this retailer as this violates my privacy and violates their own privacy policy posted on their website.
